I know this has been discussed in this thread before, but I want to put a little bit of a different twist in it and ask a question:
The general consensus seems to be that Black Note juice is good, but not $29/30ml good, and it's more of a marketing ploy than a really special liquid.
Now, I became a fan of BN after I bought the notebook, and I am thinking of reordering, HOWEVER, the price is indeed steep.
So, my question is the following: If somebody here is a BN fan also, which one of the lower cost vendors' products compare to Black Note? Net.com?
I definitely don't want to overpay, but at the same time I just dumped probably a quart of experimental and impulsive purchases and I don't want to end up doing that again.
Your help and insightful input is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Edit: I've already tried GEJ - analog and that didn't quite do it for me. Same for HHV - had 2 samplers and found them to lack TH and flavor.

GEJ is one of the best NET vendors out there but I think you got unlucky with your craps draw compelling you to buy analog. I don't like analog either.

Try patriot, Wild Turkey, vita Bella, wrangler lite and organic. Amazing juices at half the price of Black Note.

Incidentally, I believe GEJs original line is still their best. I didn't like analog or godfather at all.

Hey foggy dude, you must try out more from net.com. Its christmas ! :w00t: The turkish and the pure virgina are a little bit stronger than big spirit but also mild juices and awesome good. You will have a really tobacco taste.

And try also the patriot from GEJ. Fresh it wasnt very smoky but after 2 months it was awesome too. It was my first good net. Now i am a net.com fan, because you can taste the different tobaccos in the juices. I found this very interesting.

Have you tried the dark liquids ? Give them a try with a cappuccino. Its great !

I would try a shaking machine to my juices. Shaking for a few hours a day would be interesting. I want to shorten the steeping for my own nets, but i have a lot of them now, perhaps 40 bottles till now and they are growing. I dont know such a machine. Do you ?

A water bath with exact temperature would be no problem, because i have bought a sous-vide for extracting with ethanol.

My man, I believe you, I really do. One day of vaping on the first two that I tried, and I am a fan. This is very, very good stuff. The sad thing is that made my normal ADV - Prime 15 - taste kinda funky... And I have about 300 ml of those.
Anyway, I am really glad to be a part of this helpful community. There are very few places online where one can go and hope to receive meaningful and objective information. ECF leads them all.
THANK YOU!!

Thank you, AnthonyB! I think I may give GEJ another shot. Analog wasn't necessarily a horrible juice, just didn't quite make me thrilled.

Yeah, a novelty kids milkshake maker. Works for me when I want to speed steep a juice.

Prime 15, TriBeCa and torque56 were one of the very last synthetic tobaccos I Vaped before I discovered the world of NETs when it was in its infancy. At that time only two significant vendors retailed genuine NETs and they were Vaperite and Want2vape. Once I tried Vaperite's liquids I almost forgot I even had Prime 15 and TriBeCa. They tasted artificial once I started to Vape NETs.

Ahh good memories. I still have some remains of those synthetic liquids I Vaped on 4-5 years ago and recently I've been sampling them and surprisingly they aren't off.

Just in my personal opinion, because I tried the ones I suggested first and Vaped them for a good year beforehand, analog did taste horrible in comparison and relatively speaking. So did godfather.

Good idea, but i want to shake perhaps 50 bottles at once. I could try my washing machine - LOL

Have bought an RDA now. Hope the handling is not too difficult.

Never tried to shorten the steeping process. It was tough at first when I did not have that many NET's handy. I vaped most of them before they were to my sweet spot. It was over time when I built up a good reserve of them (buying in bulk on good sales), that's when it became easier to let them age. Now I just go into the cabinet and find whatever type of tobacco I am in the mood for. But it took time, and many sales, to get to this place.

No idea about how Clay works his magic.

How long do you recommend?

Just got my latest order today...mixed on the 2nd so exactly two weeks ago. Not a bad turn round all said and done given I am in the UK.

Trying the ruins very nice but could do with another week or so at least by my reckoning.

Put 3ml the kayfun lite plus, fresh wick and dry burnt coil, under a ml left and just beginning to turn - ashtray taste creeping in. Seems 2ml is maximum I can get out of a tank before it spoils.

Now I can rebuild easy - only fill to 2ml and then clean tank, throw wick, dry burn and fill with another 2ml.

Have been told spaced rather than micro coils can help, so will see if I can make my very first working coil soon, currently using a prebuilt I bought.

Not certain it is actually the coil gunking, I think it may be a case of the juice spoiling from whatever hasn't vapourised feeding back into the tank, certainly the juice has darkened and thickened. If so then dripping would appear to be a good choice for net llc juices...just waiting for my first two rda's to arrive from Fasttech.

That looks a serious bit of kit Jonny...you don't do anything by halfs...hope you enjoy it and let us know how you get on...

If it is your first time rebuilding, my advice is buy 4 or 5 decent quality prebuilt coils...to start it's enough to get the coil screwed down accurately and the wicking correct with out worrying about wrapping a coil.

People told me wrapping the coil was easy, so far it is NOT, helps to just focus in the other stuff. In meantime I am practicing my wrapping coils but can use my rta.

You might try wrapping a spaced coil around a sheet-metal screw, unscrew the screw o_O, mount  and wick...:pop:
