Hey guys, finally got my first two GoodeJuice NETs: Vita Bella and Natural Perique!

Even fresh out of the bottle on my freshly cleaned Vision Eternity, the Vita Bella is one of the best vapes I have EVER had. I'm absolutely hooked! Smooth spiciness with a touch of tobacco funk, it already belongs on my very short list (Highbrow Perique and Dark Chocolate) of all-day vapes. Thanks for the tips guys! :toast:

The Vamo I have can be kind of squirrely at times. It depends on how much voltage is left in the battery (or batteries) or what the chipset sees. I normally run it in 18350 mode, which could have something to do with it. I'm a bit skeptical that the different sections of the tube and the end cap contact properly at times. I do have an updated spring which has helped. The Vamo will put out a lot less power once in a while when the battery reading is 3.5v or less. I think 3.3v is the designed cut-off.

I've experienced similar issues at the end of the charge too TB. The second I get a hint of squirreliness, I change the battery. Seems to happen in that 3.3 - 3.5v range just as you describe.

Those were my first two GeJ's too. About blew my head off. Waited 5 months and VB was awesome. NP better too but I really enjoy the VB. You'll find a prominent vanilla-like flavor dominate VB after a couple months. After another couple months, that subsides and you're left with pure bliss.

Vita Bella is absolutely one of the best vapes out there. Do you taste the vanilla? I get a meringue-like creaminess from it. Love it to pieces.

Awesome Abe! VB is verified to contain unicorn milk, that's the secret to the magic.

I love my ProVari, but I've had absolutely no problems or issues with my three VAMO V2s. I like them so much that I just ordered a fourth. VaporBreak has VAMO V2s in chrome or black chrome for $27 plus four buck shipping from China and stainless steel V2s for $30 with the same shipping. For that price, I wouldn't be too upset even if one went wonky on me. After four months, however, they've all been perfect---not a single glitch or even a momentary burp (fingers crossed), which can't be said for the three Young-June Vtubes that went belly up on me last year. I have four others still going strong after ten months, but my days of buying VVs are now long gone. At this point, it's all VWs for me.

I configure all my VAMOs in single 18350 mode. The trade-off between less vaping time between battery swaps and the shorter form factor (same length as my Provari with an 18500) is worth it to me. I always swap out the 18350s when they hit 3.6 volts. With more than 90 PVs, most of which are loaded and in service, I've always got at least two or three batteries charging up in one of numerous 2-bay or 4-bay chargers. The only exception is my dual-18650 Penguin Tin mod, which goes for weeks at a time between battery swaps.

No, it's a clear tank but I fill it that high all the time with no problems. What's been your vape of choice lately?

I carry the Vivis and DCTs when out and about once in a while. I get a lot of leakage into the center tube when the Vivi is filled past where the wick enters the coil head. Curious that you don't.

Vape of choice? Usually TPR, but I have entered the realm of cooking my own extracts. Interesting stuff. I went into it like the proverbial bull in the china shop, but it turned out pretty decent. Aged Burley and a dark flue cured mix so far. Yielded like 50ml of extract. I was surprised. Playing around with mixtures right now. Kind of gunky stuff raw. I filtered it 6 times. Kind of glad I'm into RDAs now. LOL. It really is amazing how much leaf you can get for cheap. Nice quality stuff too.

Am I the only VAMO user on this thread who prefers 18650 mode? Sure it's bigger, but it's a much more effective weapon at that size. If I could get 2 more extension tubes I would stack 18650s and walk around downtown with it like a cop on the beat.

I go through the 18350 too quick, but maybe that's because I went with Efest instead of AW?

Interesting DIY stuff TB. I'm seeing more and more people fooling around with that.

I actually modify my Vivi heads. I add a 3mm stubby cotton wick on top of the coil and notch out the silicone cap so as not to pinch it. That might be the difference.

I use 18650 batts that I got with my first lavatube. They're flat top and still have a lot of life in them. No problems.

Nice mod idea. I build my own coil heads and use 3mm silica and fluff it. It's pretty tight when put together, but still get seepage. I guess if you vape it quickly enough it won't leak.

Now and again I'll get some seepage. Depends on how sloppy I got with the modification. The Vivi comes alive with some loose wick laid on top of the coil.

Yeah, but you have to be careful with that cotton. I kind of shied away from the volatile stuff when going out. I like using hemp for the smaller RDAs when juice testing. That, and ceramic rock. It's truly amazing how much vapor and flavor can be pumped out of a small piece of that stuff.

I use both a 18650 or a 18350 just depending on my needs... At work, I usually use the 18350 and carry a spare... at home I switch to the 18650 and I when I'm going to be out for a long time I use the 18650. Basically, it's the 18350 if I don't want to look like I'm carrying a half a nun chuck... :D

I've used Efest, AW, EH and Panasonic batteries all without issue...

I realize that I'm quite a bit behind all of you guys in terms of the NETs that I've tried, but today I fired up some MyVapeJuice.com's Rogue Original proprietary blend (18mg nicotine) after 54 days of steeping. It is terrific. It is similar to My Hero, but spicier. It has a silkier mouthfeel and notes of cedar. It has a finish that I'm trying to nail down (perhaps a combination of ginger or clove with a hint of cinnamon?), giving it a fuller overall flavor.

And the 60/40 blend of PG/VG (as opposed to 70/30 in the My Hero proprietary blend) puts out gobs and gobs of vapor. Good stuff, but may be slightly too strong for an all-day vape.

Jerms, I thought you've tried Apache, no? Apache takes the Latakia to Devil Dog land if that's what you want. I gave some thoughts on it a few days ago when we were all talking latak tabak. ;) (<< haha, I like that) The more I vape it, the more it separates itself from DD, though. The major difference between the two is the Burley in DD and the Oriental in Apache. I'm really starting to be able to pinpoint that dry and spicy character of the Orientals.

If SoGent is mild on the Latakia, I think it's for the better, because the way that stuff can take over a blend is intense. A very delicate hand is needed. I was put off from SoGent from the beginning because of all the ingredients they threw in the pot - it seemed a bit excessive and uncalculated to me. Now I have a feeling that maybe they had to do all that in order to tame the Latakia.

Either way, I'm interested now. Might give it a shot.
I think you are right Nick. By blending some milder tobaccos into Southern Gent they made it more approachable for a longer period of time (and broadened the base of potential customers). It didn't reach out and grab me like Apache did but it seemed like every time I vaped SG it was very satisfying. Now it is one of two flavors I carry to work most days.
