I ordered some with a note of "no menthol, please". I am excite.

Let me know if it's any good. I'm not big on cinnamon or menthol in my baccos, so not sure if I'm going to try it.

Have you had the BWB discontinued juice it looks to be named and styled after?

So I rebuilt my ERA clone with kanthal instead of nichrome to see if there was another variable to account for the difference in flavor from my kanthal built A6. The cherry contest vape tastes exactly the same now in the A6 and ERA.

So, turns out I don't like what nichrome does to flavor, good info to have. Such a big difference for such a small variable too.

I haven't tried the BWB that it's named/styled after. I do like cinnamon tobacco, though. I actually sent Wlad an email yesterday asking if that's doable.

Only thing that worries me about them imparting different flavors is I wonder if we're inhaling metal fumes?

Oh, and CW got blogger of the month. Congrats too!

That's pretty awesome too!!!! Congrats CW!

I glanced at the mail on my phone and thought it had to be some kind of mistake... that the phone was somehow rendering fields wrong.

I gotta say... its pretty cool to see my crappy little tasting notes section get called out like that :)

Super grats to Hula for the provari!

Congrats! Link to the article/award/whateveritis please? Thanks!

Jamming out to Rage Against the Machine, vaping XPress Apple Wild Woods. This is a serious NET. It's mild, but wow. Incredible wood tobacco. It's beyond my vocabulary to describe it. These need to live NAOW!

Nasty!

In order too have fumes from nichrome wire or KAN wire, the temp has too be very high, like 1200 F of some crazy high number, the battery will not raise temps no where that high.

I think you'd be surprissed at just how hot that coil can get. Ever tasted a dry hit? Tastes like metal to me. I work with hot, molten glass. Off gassing metal out of the glass as it's heated to molten is a very serious issue and has killed man glass blowers over my 12 year tenor in the industry. Metal fume is no joke.

I'm not saying there are metal fumes. I'm just curious about if it's possible. I'd like to see some real science, not junk science, with peer reviewed journals on this. But I don't know where to find those, if they even exist.

Congrats, Hula!!!

You're going to demote the vamo to backup status. Is it a full size V2 or V2.5? The only difference is the grip cuts. Get an extension cap!!! The Twins that Vape Revolution sometimes have are awesome!!!. It makes your ProVari telescopic for any 18xxx battery.

Does it snow where you live? It still trips me out that when the Northern and Southern hemispheres are opposite in seasons. :)

Another note, I got Hey Jack from MOV yesterday. It's a definite Cavendish, no questions asked. It's a bit cloying to me, though. The maple is just....WOW. Very, very sweet. I'm wondering, if they see this post, if they'd dial the 'sweet' back from 11 to ~6. The flavor is good. Just too sweet for me for more than 3 drips/vape, 5 vapes.

It's the antithesis to Apache.

It doesn't actually snow in Canberra, but we are only a 90 minute drive from Australia's major ski resorts, located in (appropriately enough) the Snowy Mountains. We go motorcycling through there sometime.

Mr Scarf has seen snow, but until he flew to NYC with me he had never seen it snowING, in progress. He was like a little boy, all excited. :)

I'm now VERY interested in trying Hey Jack. "Too sweet" for anyone else is usually A-OK for me. ;)

Looks like Hula just won a Provari from ECF! Congrats!

A RED PROVARI!!!! Coolness lady! That is awesome!

Well done as well!

I so want to make a 2 week minimum trip to Australia. Just soooooo expensive, airfare.

Hey Jack is... Wow! I have an insatiable sweet tooth and it was a bit much for me. But I'm hoping the flavor will develop and tone it down an bit.

I've seen it snowing 3 or 4 times in Houston (in 30 years) and a few times in Montana and Colorado. I freaking LOVE snow!!! I doubt I would if I had to shovel it, though.

Care to share some deets?

Official description:
"Very mature old belt flue-cured Virginia's spiced with Loisiana Perique. This is one of our Non-Aromatic blends. With quite a spicy flavour, to be enjoyed on it's own. "

Perique... sticky sticky sticky. I think 5 filterings just to be on the safe side. I need to get a giant syringe and try the cotton ball method of filtration...

I gotta tell you Shat, I have both a Provari and a VAMO and the VAMO has nothing to be ashamed about. It keeps up quite well with my Provari at a third of the cost mind you). I use them both equally...the Vamo the first half of the day when I am switching flavors frequently (like that VW feature) and the Provari the last half of the day when I settle in on my Dragon's Fire for the est of the day.
