Jerms got no idea about the bore but I am using 3 mm silica. That's got to be a factor. Also, having read the other thread you participated in, it seems I am using too low a resistance and should go for about 30-31 gauge. I will try both of these adjustments. Thanks :)

Micro coils should have a small diameter, around 1.5mm, which would give you 0.9 ohm at 10 wraps of 28ga. Mine are a little bigger than "true micro" size since I use a 2.5mm wick, so it would be around 1.4 ohms. How big are you making the bore?

OMG, Shatner. Ambien is the devil's medicine!

It gives me seizures in my sleep. I thrash around and kick a lot. Including, unfortunately, once on the plane trip from LAX-SYD in 2012. The fellow sitting in front of me asked to be moved because I was apparently kicking the back of his seat without knowing it. Which, when I found out about it, mortified me to the point that I flushed the rest of them down the toilet.

It is bad stuff:(

vaping Huntsman in a tank on my Kamry. Perhaps tomorrow I'll have an Anyvape to compare it to.

It's true. It doesn't always put me completely out and I sleep walk, cook, I peed out of my second story window once when I took it. I just woke up to my 1 of 3 windows open (I live in a garage apartment) and a urine smell outside of it.

Weird drug. How does this ish get approved?

That's the same girl? She looks better when she smiles in that cute, girl next door way.

Canberra (where Scarfy is) is between Sydney (where I am) and Melbourne (where neither of us are). Canberra is about 200 kms south west of Sydney. Melbourne is another 600-700 kms south of Sydney. In Australian terms, that's fairly close for capital cities.

Sarah and I are going out on Friday. It was her idea. We're getting drinks. ....

Anthony, she looks a lot like Brody Dalle of The Distillers and Spinnerette. She's from Melbourne. No clue where that is to you or Scarfy.

Change my mind. She is hot, in that reckless, messed up kind of way. Funny shaped nose though!

Because I can't decide on which I want to post.

Back to your regularly schedule NETs.

I'm enjoying BeeLiquid #7 and #233. They are very "honeyful" The tobacco is very light at 9W, which is really the highest I like to go, but comes out more in higher wattage. But these are lighter in color than the other few flavors I got. It's really bright tasting. I will probably reorder larger bottles of some.

Today I got some goodies in my vape mail. I got the ebaron dripper which arrived only 6 days after I had ordered it from HouseofMods and I also got the Itaste VV 3 mod and an Iclear30 which i am using on the ITaste.

I am rocking Huntsman in the Iclear 30 and Blondie from W2v in the ebaron. Just lovely!

In regards to the Vamo and Provari - I use both equally. There are a few things I prefer the Vamo over the Provari for and that is easy ohms info by one press of a button, variable wattage, one button press to change wattage/voltage. (compared to the 7-8 presses to get there on the Provari). When i have a volatile and fluctuating RBA build, I prefer the Vamo so I can check the ohms while Im adjusting for hot spots and shorts.

By the way, Micro-coils will do to mechanical mods what Video did to the radio star. Sub-ohms is taking vaping into a dangerous area as fodder for the misguided bottom feeder journos just looking for something to slander this fledgeling cigarette alternative as soon as someone blows half their face off.

I'm doing some sampling today. All of the GeJ NETs.

I can also note the the AMP tank is awesome. I'll get a dryish hit every now and then if I'm chaining hard. But I can open up the juice flow. I left the 'flow meter' somewhere in the middle overnight sitting on my ProVari Mini w/ PT. It only seeped a bit. A 1/4 sheet of paper towel took care of the whole thing.

Yep, I tear my paper towels in to quarter sheets. A whole sheet is wasteful, imo.

Sorry about the awful pic. But you can see what's up. All the little bottles on the right are what I'm sampling.

Yep, same girl. The vid of the huge show was almost 10 years ago. The acoustic street preformance was 2ish years ago.

What's there to do in Sydney? I'm not a huge partier, but I'd gladly take you out for drinks. If you drink, of course. I could also smuggle some Ahlusion aros in for y'all. :) It would kind of make sense to go to Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney. I think; I haven't even looked at a map.

Brody Dalle is very pretty! Awesome voice, singer/songwriter. My Sister's band, The Pasties opened for Spinnerrette last year. I got to meet Mrs. Dale at an after party. She's cool as hell and super smart.

Those look familiar....are those GeJ bottles? I can't really tell in the picture and I'm too lazy to try and zoom in on it.

On the left, clockwise: Mad Murdoch Maha Ras, Ahlusion DC, Ahl XPress Apple Wild Wood, Mom and Pop either Tobacco Haze or Bud's Blend.
On the right: Yep, 10ml GeJ bottles.

I don't remember GJ4 to be this good. Hmmmmm.

Did you serve in the Corps?

I did indeed, served with 2d LAR Bn from 91-95. I'm still quite involved with The Corps still. A few of us that served together formed our own chapter of the Second Marine Division Association (or SMDA) called The Destroyers. We are currently trying to raise enough funds to re-tool the memorial at Camp LeJeune for the fallen LAR Marines.

And GJ4 is quite tasty after a nice steep.

Ever since I got my mechanical I really notice how the VAMO makes a fluttering rattle snake noise when firing. I've heard the ProVari has a better chip and doesn't do that. Any of the more affordable variable APVs not have the flutter?

Anthony, I'm glad to see more people trying micro coils. I'd like to see them take over sub-ohm coils, much safer. Turns out the best coil (IMO) for rebuildables is the same as the one's found in Cisco spec and other premium disposable atties.

I stopped taking Ambien years back after the dwarves told me I needed to organize my knives from sharpest to dullest, and had to use my thumb to test for sharpness.

On the menu today, MM Frankenjuice of Maha Pluid, followed by an extended session with QnJ Turkish.

Now let's go to Keith for the weather.

I think it has something to do with the pulse firing of the Vamo....mine does the same thing.

I don't know what much of that means. lol Thanks for your prior and continuing service! I regret not taking that step. But life had different plans and it's working out. I build the tools of your trade. ;) But really, thanks! Good luck on your fund raising. I'm sure you'll get what you need.

This GJ4 is ~10 days old. So still pretty young.

I'm unimpressed with Wrangler Light. I'm having to revisit Natural Perique as it didn't leave a lasting impression.

Anyone heard from Mr.Momm?

The VAMO is notorious for that noise. It's the PWM difference between the ProVari and VAMO. There's an Oscilloscope/spectroscope(?) video in the ProVari or VAMO forum.

No need to thank me; I enjoyed what I did. And I see you are a gunsmith. We usually hold a couple of firearms raffles every year as fundraisers; last one was a S&W M&P 15 with upgrades (sights, tac. light, custom rails, 2 high capacity mags, case and sling).

The Wrangler Light didn't wow me either. The Full Throttle is pretty good, and I have a small sample of Bull Durham to try yet as well.
