Depends on what you mix it with. I used my with Desert ship @2% and Malt 4%. You may have to adjust to your personal taste.

Thanks for getting me turned on to the Malt flavor TK. It is awesome in just about everything. It has turned out to be a flavor tone I have been lacking in just about anything I mixed. I had quite a few mixes I did not care for before but after adding 3 or 4 drops of Malt to them they are more than vapeable to me. Saved a lot of catastrophes for me. I have got six various butterscotch mixes sitting here that I had given up on. Added a couple drops of Malt and they have impressed me. It works very well even at very low percentages.

WallyO re Malty at full concentration or did tou use a 10% mixed with these drops into how many mls please. If you are able can you describe the difference to me and others maybe? What that is lacking compared to how it helps?

I used it straight. Usually 4 drops from the bottle I got from ECX in a 10ml mix. Tastes like less might do just as well. Maybe two drops. I'll try that on the next mix. Taste is a terrible thing for me to try to describe because I think my taste buds are still only operating at about 20% efficiency. To me it gives everything a fullness. A thicker feeling vapor that lingers just enough to make everything much more satisfying to my tastebuds.
It is for sure doing something for me. I had one mix that was originally 18% total flavor. After adding Malt I thinned that down by 1/3 and it tastes much better than the original mix. Another batch was TFA Flue Cured at 5% & Malt at 5%. That one I have diluted with unflavored to 7% total. I'm going to mix a fresh batch of that with 2% Flue Cured and 1% Malt. That may be an ADV for me.
Anyway give it a whirl add a drop to a couple ml's of your mixed blends and see what it does for you. I really think this Malt will get me down to very low, to me, overall total flavoring percentages.

I've been working on my first recipe and need some help. I use 100% VG. The VG needs a LOT of water to make it thin enough, without this much it's very, very heavy. I'm trying to match the consistency of HHV's stuff.

4.8ml 100mg/ml 100% VG nic base (RTS Vapes) 24%
7.2 ml VG (Essential Depot) 36%
4 ml distilled H2O 20%
3 ml NF Bavarian Creme
1 ml NF Malt 20% (both flavors added)

I mixed this up and did the speed steep method- 15 min. soak in hot tap water, shake, repeat 3X. It tastes like diet Sprite. That's the only comparison I can make. Consistency seems good in my Nova but the taste is absolute crap. Could that be alcohol? I get a faint taste of the BC but mostly it's a strange minty/lemon/lime nasty Lysol taste.

I haven't had those flavors but that is the highest water content I've seen in a recipe even for an all VG vaper. Is there a reason you did not use more vg to dilute the vg nic?

Edit: I just saw your other thread it still seems like alot to me because these alcohol based flavorings are bound to do some serious thinning of the juice on their own. I am sure other all vg vapers will chime in.

The plain VG by itself is very, very thick- thicker than maple syrup, maybe not as thick as honey. With just flavors added (no distilled water) it is barely vape-able.

I've been working with Bavarian Creme as a first try at DIY. I've noticed a strong almost antiseptic smell from the flavor, and what I think is a very strong alcohol taste when first mixed. BUT, it seems that the alcohol is vaporized first, no matter what the delivery device is. When dripping, you never lose the alcohol taste because you're always adding new juice. In the Nova, the alcohol taste goes away after 10-15 puffs. In my carto tank it takes a bit longer but once that passes it's pretty darn good juice.

My theory is that the alcohol wicks faster than the juice and burns off first. If only there was a way to wick off the alcohol while it's still in the jar... Has anyone experimented along these lines? I tried letting the bottles sit opened for 2 days and the taste was still there.

I played around with some other flavors. I think the Lysol taste I was picking up is supposed to be lemon in the Bavarian Creme. They are probably using lemongrass instead of real lemon as it is infinitely more stable. The taste I'm objecting to is what I would imagine vaporized lemongrass to taste like. I do find that the first few puffs are heavy with this lemon taste, but after that it's more creamy. I don't find this with Irish Creme, so it's definitely something in BC.

I placed my 1st order with Natures Flavors last week of March and it is STILL in the status of "processing".
I have emailed the company (prematurely) around day 8 marker and was promptly told that they take up to 10 business days to fill orders. I suggested that they take down the flash screen advertising 5-7 days.
I then proceeded to wait until the 11 business day and called them...CS comment was that my order is now in labeling and will be shipped soon...
STILL IN PROCESSING
Is this everyone else's experience with them??? Is this the way they conduct business?? I hope the flavors are worth it!!!

I started a little flavor experiment with these last night. I mixed up 60ml of the following base for a final mix of 20mg/ml:

Nic base 100mg/ml: 12 ml (20%)
VG: 24 ml (45%)
Distilled water: 12 ml (20%)

I then put 4 ml of this base in each of six bottles, and added 1 ml of one of these flavors to each bottle (making my flavors 20% of total):

Raspberry
Cake Batter
Cola
Brandy
Cotton Candy
Pina Colada

I'm going to give them a week to steep and see how they taste and report back.

If this is your first time with NF I would always start out low like around 2-5% and work your way up. Remember its much easier to add flavoring than to thin it out. IMO 20% is way too much and it might make your .... cheek clench when you vape them lol. Though you might be that person that loves an insane amount of flavoring so I dont know. Interested in hearing you results though.
