nearly a year without smoking

hi everyone tried vaping and never had another cig again i can not belive that it was so easy and having loads of advice from yourselfs i still get paranoid about vapeing outside though

Well done Jackie and if you feel paranoid just remember it doesn't mean they're not out to get you!! Seriously do you have a stealth device? it might make you feel more comfortable.

What others think is their business. I have yet changed something I do based on what some one else thinks.
Something I've learned is, Think For Yourself. If I'm not invading their space and them not mine, what they think is not a concern.

Last month marked my 2 year no smoking. In the 2 years I have been vaping I have weaned myself down to 2 mg nic. I love the fact that I have no more cravings and can actually go out and not worry about where I can vape.

I still vape a lot at home but its because I want to and not because I have to.
