The Zenesis Ash II I got a couple of weeks ago is an awesome mod. Flavor is spectacular when the wick and coil is right, I'm really satisfied with the flavor.

What I'm not happy about is having to keep it upright all the time, when it's in my pocket the top cap is always coming off which moves the wick jacking up my coil.... instant hot spots. Ack!

I've broken the original glass tank once by knocking the mod over on my granite countertop....

I'm thinking about a ProVari with a VVV Pyrex cargo tank for on the go and a spare ZAP for the ProVari for home use.

I've never used carto tanks, but this VVV Pyrex tank does not look like it'd leak, and Pyrex is pretty tough stuff to break. Carto's are simple and shouldn't be a problem on the go.

Anyone have any better ideas or solutions?

Planning on getting some of the porous ceramic wick material for the Ash II and using that instead of the SS mesh for vaping at home and keeping the Provari with Carto tanks for work, travel and play.

Provari is solid as a rock for sure. I don't mind carrying mine around in 18650, but I could see a mini being very nice. Has survived a handful of drops, has shown some wear & tear but works flawlessly.

If your into Genesis then maybe an AGA-T2? I carry mine around every where, never leaks, and the cap stays on nice & tight. Cost a touch more than a carto tank though.

Those VVV tanks do look nice, I had never checked them out before.

might want to look at the Billet Box they just finished filling there pre orders and will be selling them here in a couple weeks.
as far as cartos go as long as its a single hole carto they are fine to lay down carry etc. the two holes ones will usually flood if rested on there side for awhile with one hole out of the liquid.

Ever consider a box mod? One with a 6 ml bottle and 18650 tucked into one nice indestructible package with a dripping atty on it you bottom feed? Look at the REO's. They fit in a pocket very nicely.

I use a purse, so the Provari is fine for me, though I prefer the REO for form and function. DH prefers pocket sized things because there is no way I would allow him to carry a purse. I use my Grand and have a mini which is the size of a zippo with a 3ml bottle he can fit in his pocket.

hmmm I really like tiny. what's the smallest mod lol.
the provari mini looks tiny but I want tiny tiny xD

My vela in 18350 is tiny, but my REO mini 18490 is about the size of a zippo with 3 ml inside.

If I can find the picture of it next to a Bic, I will post it for you. It's pretty small and breast pocket friendly.

Well you prob do need a back up:)

I personally don't use carto tanks but I've also sat down w/ a genesis in my pocket... Hahah, that's no fun; after a couple of minutes you def notice.

There's also Phiniac Glass.

And there this thing: Billet Box Vapor Inc.
but I have no idea if you can actually order the Billet Box from that link..

IDK, I rock a Poldiac w/ Short DID pretty much everywhere.

@ Jazon- Hahah, I didn't even see that you had posted that earlier. So you're on the list then... man, they look so nice and that custom box carto tank w/ filling valve. I kinda hate you:evil:

I still don't have a good alternative to a genesis. I mean my Orion in 350 mode is supper tiny. But that time that my Zen dumped in my pocket, I didn't change right away; it was only 12mg strength but I was Soo High on Nic.

no unfortunately im waiting on a billet box myself the email they sent was just a reply to a inquiry i made to them a few days back asking when they would have them stocked for sale..kicking myself for not pre-ordering tho i had it in a cart like 10 times that week lol.

yea i had a tank bust open in my pocket at the zoo last year when i was out with my family about an hour from home,i didnt relize it til it was really messed up, i use 24mg nic. i ended up just going to the bathroom and stuffing my pocket with toilet paper to absorb some and washed my leg off and tucked my pocket up some so the wet part wasn't resting on my leg, still i didnt have to vape for a few hours while i was ridding out my buzz lol.

Sorry, sounded like you had one in rout. Well Aprils not too fare off.

Anyone had any luck with eGo style cartridge attys and stainless mesh wick?

I know the Bulli a2-t & tm have been around for a while.

And the other day I saw this: Piculisci Rebuildable Atty - Rebuildables

Possible pocket friendly (if you carry a juice bottle with)

I was thinking provari mini with a miniterminator rebuildable. Because coming from a ss zenesis you will think cartos are junk. I am a Mercedes tech and I am using a provari mini and a cobra rebuildable. It is expensive to be dropping all the time. So my new setup is an empire clone k100 mechanical and an aga t2 much cheaper and doesn't hurt me if I drop it. But I still have the problem of it leaking all over my pockets.... But honestly there is no way in hell I am going back to a carto
