Got both kinds... just want to say after seeing these last photo's, yep... imo the Neme style is best for the wider heavier atomizers.

i have a newish M16 and a Prometheus atty... the Prom is too heavy for the m16 to stand upright without locking, and i chain vape... so its a bummer for me to have to lock/unlock every 5 seconds...
I put the Prom on my CHem or my Nem and voila... unlocked, it stands up proud!!! that's why I love the Nemesis... not only is the button design good for firing but stands the full width of the device (22mm) proud.

ymmv

Guess I'm part of the club now, had a chance to get one and do not regret it. Looks a little out of olace next to all my SuperT gear but... Damn nice mod.

how do you like that patriot rda

I like it a lot, still kind if partial to the Helios but it matches up so well with the VW edition the Helios can stay on the simplicity.

That being said, the machine quality of the Patriot is real nice. Worthy fit to the Nemi.

Those new mixed Nemesis' look so dope. Im SO tempted to buy one, but I seriously need to chill for a week or two, Ive been on a spending frenzy lately.

Two of the fruits of spending are things Ive been lusting for for a little while. FINALLLLLLY bagged a Nemesis. A Matte finish. As well as a Kayfun Lite Plus.

Nemesis- WOW. Totally just in love with this thing. Everything about it is wonderful. Beautiful craftsmanship, simple elegant design, and good God does this thing hit hard!

My usual vape is some type of rebuildable built slightly subohm or right around 1ohm. Lowest I go for everyday vaping is like .7ish. But, naturally, once the nemesis arrived, I had to break her in proper. Built up a .2ohm dual coil, soaked the wick with a lower nic level than usual of my favorite juice(Cell Block Four, the Standard, usually at 18mg, for this build it was around 8 or 9), and just fogggggged up the room. No better way to break in a mod :)

Just got the KFL+ the other day, been trying to get it setup to where Im satisfied with it. Did a couple builds, regular coil/silica, micro/cotton.. So far, as long as I dont flood the thing(ive got the part figured out now), my MAIN gripe, is that the flavor is just not intense like I expected it to be.

The last two months or so, Ive only vaped either Genesis hybrids or Silica-wicked drippers. Am I wrong in hoping to get the same level of flavor from a Kayfunlite? Or do I just still need to fiddle with it and get it running proper?

I will say though, oh BOY does the KFL+ look superbly sexified on the matte nemesis.

Just fired the Nemmy on a 0.24 ohm coil with the Sony 30 Amp battery, and the voltage drop was roughly 0.65V. In other terms that would mean on a fresh battery you'd be vaping at 50 watts, 14 amps. Too hot? Definitely (specially on the IGO-S). But it was worth building and testing it, 4 wraps of kanthal 22g, specially seeing that epic low voltage drop. When I'm home I got a bunch of IGO-S and IGO-W drippers all setup at 0.4-0.5 ohms, and taking a lung hit off them (no nic juice), that exhale is pure nirvana, the purest taste ever.

I got a KFL+ on the way too and can't wait to try it. If it really does taste like dripping that's it, I'm dedicating all vape cash to getting 2 or 3, or maybe trying the Ithaka as well.

I must say with the setup I run my gennies, the taste is really close to dripping, and juice cooking is minimal. There's only two gripes I have with gennies, and that'd be leaking (however minimized it is on this setup it is still there) and big chambers. That's one of the reasons drippers give that intensified flavor, because of their usual small chambers (ever vaped a .3-.5 ohm micro coil on an IGO-S? Try it) I got high hopes for the KFL+, fingers crossed!

kayfuns do not taste like dripping...quite different...they run their best in my experience at .9-1.3ohms...microcoils....
the chamber concentrate flavor and bring out different notes that get lost in the heat of drippers....
it's a very flavorful smooth rich vape....but not hot like a dripper....different, yet equally enjoyable imho....i use a dual coil 0.3ohm trident and a 1ohm microcoil kayfun- they produce roughly the same amount of vapor but the flavor notes in good liquid are radically different....it's a fantastic atty, i use the entire line daily

That's very interesting. I have tried quite the variety of drippers and even went with bottom feeders. It's hard to believe for me that there can be a cleaner taste than from dripping. I'm quite excited to try it. Having dripped for so long I should definitely be able to taste the difference. My sweet spot is around .6 ohms, but like every new toy I'll end up doing a few coils before I redefine my sweet spot yet again
