I sanded the top of the top pin about 1mm so when using 490s my bottom throw is about 1.3mm

I'm using a KFL so the pos isn't adjustable, this made everything fit much better.

I have the bottom neg pin fully tightened with pliers so it won't come loose

So, I have one of these on the way. Do I need to order original replacement pins? Has anyone done the magnet upgrade? When y'all talk about polishing the threads with 1200 grit, how are you actually doing that? Can you actually use a kick with this if you leave the kick ring on?

I have replacement contact they are great have an extended top contact so I can use my kick ring , also installed the magnet upgrade like it much better than spring and yes kick works well in the mod although I did not like my kick 2 too many misfires

Because parts are interchangeable, I imagine it would fit. The non serialized NEM-1's should be in stock in the next few weeks.

They aren't in stock right now (the serialized NEM-1LE's are sold out) but they'll be available on the Fusions Mods site. Check out their Facebook to hear the latest news. I'm not sure if the regular ones will be cheaper but they certainly won't be more expensive than the LE's (about 40 bucks).

These guys make great products, I love my SG-1!

I was surprised to see a bunch of nemies on eBay and would have been less surprised to see Nemi magnets but I didn't find one.

Anyone know if a 19mm outer diameter for the magnet would fit? I know the originals are 17mm outer diameter x 10mm inner diameter.
