I just got a silver Mini backup, it's a nice color. I just barely used it to make sure it works, so I don't know how it wears. I do know that my Titan Mini that's over a year old (everyday use 157hours) is starting to look worn, but it still works like new.

Since it's a very good quality anodizing process, I don't think it's anywhere near as fragile as most of the painted or coated mods are. Mine has no scratches, nicks, or scuffs whatsoever. Of course, if something like a screwdriver or jagged piece of metal contacted the finish it would certainly leave a mark.

I have a Dani Box V1 and a No. 6 in titan that I got from Creme de vape over 4 years ago. They still look great without any noticeable flaws. I'm sure if you sat a brand new one next to either of them the new ones would look "fresher" but I think it would take something like that to realize mine have seen 4 years of use.

I managed to find a quick start guide in this thread that answered the question.

Highlight "Init" and then press up or down to step to "Confirm" and then press up or down once more to see "process" When you see the "Process" word appear this means the device has processed the reading and your coil's base resistance at room temp has been locked into the calculation for temp control.

Problem for me is that in the winter, where I vape is around 15 celsius. Will have to figure that out. Maybe warm up the atomizers prior to use. sort of a humidor for atomizers, an 'atodor' if you will.

Sort of hacking away at the other settings here. The process of navigation was a little frustrating at first, but getting the hang of it. This mod kind of forces you to look at things a little differently, such as making decisions on when to change your batteries based on voltage instead of percentage.

I have not had a problem with the calibration, though my home is warmer than 68 F.
I always calibrate in the morning when I wake up. I have two with tanks that stay on the mod so I don't change tanks. When I re-coil and re-wick of course I calibrate then as well.

Only takes 10 seconds from the time I start the calibration until I'm happily vaping.

So glad I bought the charger to go along with the mods. One is on the charger while the other is making me happy. The 21700 in mine last me at least all day (10-15 ml).

Did this entire sub slowly die? I hardly see anymore posts. Where is everyone?

Personally I carry 2 of them everyday, there are no problems to discuss for me, they just keep on going. I currently have one on order from CDV, but with this virus thing it is stuck in a terminal in the UK. I am hoping I will get it by the end of the month.

My order was dispatched by C de V on Mar. 20th using Royal Mail as I've always done in the past.
It was received Mar 21st at Langley where status quickly change to Leaving UK
Nothing more was available trying to track it until Apr 3rd. When it arrived in NY.
Where it's still sitting with status: Your item has been received at ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS ...

Patience grasshopper ... I emailed with Keith and he said this is the 'new normal'. All shipments are taking much longer than usual he said. Particularly if you use Royal Mail. Royal Mail depends on commercial passenger airliner flights to transport the packages. Everything is moving very slow. DHL is doing somewhat better with international shipping as they have their own flights.

I usually have my packages from C de V arrive in PA 5 to 6 days after placing my order. I'm at about 14 days now and still waiting. Hoping it shows up this week.

I have a couple of orders shipped Royal mail from different suppliers in the UK that I'm waiting on. One was shipped on March 25 and on on the March 27. Both are in Langly. No further info.

I have a number of orders with Fastech in China the oldest shipping on March 9. It's been waiting for transport to the US. I believe that all commercial flights to China are blocked. One other order was shipped from China with Fedex. The Fedex web page shows that all shipments from China to anywhere in the world are 'Temporarily Suspended'. Their listing of countries where service is temporarily suspended in many pages long.

Yesterday I placed an order for a Dani Box 21700 with CDV. Based on their recommendations I picked DHL shipping. I guess I'll see what happens with that one. Interestingly CDV shipped it today. When I checked the tracking number it showed up and displayed an estimated delivery date of 4/10. Now when I checked it tonight there was no estimated delivery date. Things that make you go Hmmmm.

Fortunately I don't need any of these things to continue vaping. I have enough equipment and e-juice as well as the supplies to make e-juice to last me for years. But who would have thought that they would see a day when Fedex would have no service to practically all of Asia and Africa. This is some very interesting times that we are living in. I think it's going to profoundly change a lot things in the world.

I’m trying to decide what mod to buy.

I mainly temp vape and have a dna 75, 250, had a 250c that I gave away to a smoker trying to make them switch, and have a Dani mini.

I know dovpo released a new 75c mod. Trying to see which may be the way to go. 21700 Dani or the 75c? Any suggestions?

When my package had not moved in a week, I contacted CDV and I was told essentially all I could do is wait, I also was using Royal Mail. I was trying to look up the last date that it moved, but the page wont load right now. I think the last time it moved was on 3/24/2020. :|

I also like to mainly vape using temp control. And although I have tried Replay mode on the DNA devices I don't find myself using it that often. I already mentioned that I ordered a Dani Box 21700. That was done with money from the sale this weekend of a Rebel 250C squonker and a relatively new Paranormal.

I have two Dovpo Mono SQ. Last night I gently covered one of them and sent it to the holding drawer next to my desk. So right now my active toys are 2 - Original Billet Boxes (I sold 2 SXK clones last weekend), 2 - dotAIO, 1 - BMM TiNY v2.5 250C, 1 - Hippovape Kudos, 1 - Rebel dual 21700 250C, 1- Mono SQ 75C and last but not least 2 - Dani Box 21700.

Here's a comparison picture of the Mono SQ:

The Mono SQ is a nice size and functions well. But my actions answer your question. When the new Titan Dani Box arrives the second Mono SQ will be gently covered and stored.

If you finally decide that the Mono SQ is for you I know where a gently used one is available.

Yah... My Royal Mail piece shows 'Leaving Langly'. When trying to further track it USPS shows Waiting for Origin Post. That's the status that all of my items are stuck in, including the ones from China. I'm thinking that some of these facilities are filling up. LOL With all of the Shelter in Place orders worldwide people are making many more purchases online. How many thousands is Amazon looking to hire? Somewhere there should be a news story on this instead of how many people died today or what Trump did wrong now.

I so want a little silver dani man. I bet I could afford one too but postal mail shortages are stopping me.

I guess I could use SQUAPE they don't ship by mail but DHL I think.

Anna

You can select DHL at check out if you order from C de V ... it's only a bit more costly than Royal Mail.

Thanks Wolfmeat. That does answer my question. I did notice the temp control for some reason feels more consistent using the dani mini when compared to my old 250c - very likely placebo..:)

Lets chat on the mono offline. May be interested in taking it off your hands.

What is Kas? How many do you have at the moment? 2/3? Can never have too many though

Edit : nvm - this will be your third. I simply scrolled up to find my answer. Which one are you getting? Which one if your favorite?

It is the Silver Dani Box Mini, (I thought I already said that somewhere) this is the last color that I needed. I also am getting the Kayfun Lite in the 24 MM size with all the accessories. :)

Edit : I just re-read you post, this is number 6. Favorite? oh heck I don't know, I like all of them.
