I love how she defies gravity as well![]()
My wife read that and said she's busty. Very top heavy.

Nope. I'm staying away from this one.
No worries. One can always adjust for top heaviness. Personally, I find that easy to do.
nope. Staying away.
Hey Jim,
What would it cost me for a custom DID that fits my Bam![]()
Sent from my HyDID
I think Jim has something in the works that'll probably replace your Bam
Not to mention that he might have an atomizer to go along with it!
Okay so my top coil turns red when firing, but my ohms (2.2-2.3) are stable on a 2/3 wrap 32 kanthal. If I move the top coil, it shorts out. Vapor is good, but occasionally I get a hint of burnt taste. Should I worry about it? Or just assume it isn't wicking to the top fast enough?
This is great news Jim, yet again you wow us with your devotion to all who have discovered nothing delivers like a DID. I have 2stds and a mini, and as time goes on I appreciate the build and simplicity more and more. And after all this posts that I read I feel my hairs going up from happynes!
And I promise you a VEEERRYYYYY NICE Battery Holder!
I Promise!
oh 18 offcourse!

Killbride - Here's a handy calculator Tomcat put together. Might help ya with what ohms you should have.
PV Web Apps
A red top coil could mean you have too much air gap between the pos. post and the wick. This gap/wire needs to be as small as possible without letting the wick touch the pos. post. Also the top coil might have become too loose around the wick thus creating the same problem.
edit: Making a few assumptions and putting in your values into that calculator it looks like your ohms should be much lower, closer to 1.3 ohms. Your readings of 2.2-2.3 would indicate a short. If thats the case you might want to try re-oxidizing your wick.
I was under the impression a short would lower resistance,
Tony that looks great, and you definitely deserve it, what is it?
