Whether you dump the juice will depend on what you're using & what the juice looks like. If it's yucky I'd dump it, but if it still looks like it did when you poured it in then you could save it. If you're using a bottom coil clearo like an Evod you don't need to dump the juice at all (if the juice is not yucky). You can just turn it upside down & leave the juice in the tank part, unscrew the base from the evod tank & clean the atomizer head or replace it if it needs replacing. Then screw the base back on & you can continue to vape the same juice.

The burnt taste is likely your device not the juice, not sure what you are using but it doesn't sound very reliable! The juice is usually fine, but if you burn it bad enough and the juice sits on the burnt wick it can blacken the juice, and sometimes it picks up that burnt flavor and is ruined. Usually once I get a burn I replace the wick but I don't replace the juice I keep using it.

Also last time ive had an actual burnt flavor was using a Protank, I don't seem to get that crap with my KFL, my carto tank, or my vapeonly bcc with a rebuilt head
