I thought in the beginning (2 years ago) that I had to have a very powerful ecig, but I learned I really can't handle anything more powerful than what an eGo puts out, which I consider very good. I'd like to see David re-do his P-10 to simply put out at least the power of an eGo (3.7V?) and I'd buy one in a heartbeat.
That's just a function of which battery and which Atty/carto you're using though...remember at the end of the day, no matter how nice they are a mechanical mod is a battery holder. they don't produce power on their own. A 10440 simply isn't going to equal an ego in battery life or wattage...that's the trade off for size.....the closest direct match for an ego as far as mods was/is the S6 or a 14500 battery.

You could take a beach chair out to the mailbox and get some sun while you wait for the post man..... get one of those drinks with the little umbrella on it....
its cloudy and rainy here in New England right now. I can drink no booze and I worked the night shift last night. got home at like 8AM and have to get some sleep so that I can keep up with work tonight again... :(
i just checked the mailbox now for the 2nd time and I hope that the mailman dont pull one of those "sorry we missed you" notice and skip todays delivery.

I know it's got to do with the battery, and the P-10 is limited to the 10440 as far as I know. That's why I'd like to see David come up with a very similar mod even if it has to be just a little fatter. Don't think it'd have to be any longer, hopefully not. Well, geez, maybe this PPlus will do the trick! :)

I must admit that I hate having to carry around more weight in my pockets than is necessary so for me the P10 is just about the most perfect mod for me out there, even with having to carry three extra batteries to get me through the day. But some days I do love the feel of a small comforting chunk of metal in my pocket so now I have the P16 as well. Then there are the days when I want to feel all manly and masculine so now there's going to be a P18500 in my pocket some days. I'm just waiting for the day when I want feel like a pro wrestler or a gladiator then I shall also need a P18. And if I ever want to feel like a deity maybe David will make available an extra P18 tube and a thread connector so I can run around with a 4 pound foot long P36 6v.

If I can ever part with my baby perhaps I'll send her in to get the upgraded contacts and full treatment when they're made available for the P10. It really is one of my favorite mods and yes it would be great if a battery maker could figure out a way to put more mah's into the 10440 but the weight of 3 or 4 extra batteries for a day's vape is still less weight than a single battery of some of the larger sizes. Any way to try and get some extra vape time out of the P10 I'm up for trying.

Wingapo, I think you may be right. But I can't help but wonder if a little Rhodium and Gold Plated Contacts wouldn't help give the little P-10 a little more umph! Or how 'bout putting a little cell phone battery in it.

I think it would. Also, install the AW ICR 10440 battery, not the IMR 10440 battery, my load testing shows the AW ICR holds a higher voltage under load then the IMR 10440 and lasts longer. I'll post up the graphs when i get a chance.

Now I'm beginning to understand the true underlying reason of your name ForcedFuel. You're a tricky one you are. You know full well and good that less than a week after my P16 arrived you'd have me running back to your site for more, and now not 24 hours since I placed my next order with you you have posted yet another reason for me to go running back to SuperT for yet more batteries for my P10. Should I just hand over my bank account so you can just send over everything I need when it's in stock or is released?

Yes, we could do weekly auto debits from your account to mine ;-)

On a more serious note, the AW IMR 10440 vs ICR AW 10440 battery test surprised me too!(i've only had my load tester a short while now and I'm sure as I test more batteries, there will be more surprises which i'll be sure to share)

You would have thought an IMR high drain would outperform the AW ICR 10440, but it doesn't. So if you want more hit and more life out of your P10, switch to the AW!

love it!!!
just gonna have to paint my aw batts cos i dont like seeing the red through the vent holes. permanent marker? nail polish?
it hits very hard! when i have some time im gonna check and see how much am i getting under load compared to my other devices.
:hubba::vapor::hubba::vapor:

Good to hear you are liking it! A black sharpie works wonders on the red! I don't know if you'll see much difference as far as indicated loaded voltage goes, but what you would see on a scope is very minimal fluctuation in the voltage reaching the atomzier.
