Lisa didn't mention that the current VAT rate is 20% now. We are very fortunate here in the states that we don't always pay tax for purchases online outside our state. I just wonder how long it will be before our system is overhauled to charge taxes for online sales. We are also lucky that we don't have to pay the large import duty rates the UK does.

Yeah our government likes screwing us alright.

Taking into account our governments magpie attitude to our money, buying from Lisa actually works out cheaper than buying direct from David for us, you can get lucky if you want to take the gamble as customs doesn't levy the charge on every import, they miss some. I got away with it on my P16 that I bought direct last year.

Buying a P+18350 direct from David works out like this for us:

$164.99 + $29.99 shipping = £121.73, we pay duty on the total cost including shipping so the customs value is the full £121.73, the total taxes due on this amount works out at £24.35 making the total landed cost £146.07. Added to this the delivery 'service' will levy a charge for 'paying the customs charges for you', this varies depending on carrier but the cheapest is £8 making our total cost to our door £154.07 or $247.85

Lisa charges £134.95 + £6.55 insured next day guaranteed shipping, so £141.50

So taking the shipping and taxes into account it's better for us to order from Lisa but doesn't work out so well for you to re-import..

Just waiting for mine to arrive now, I'm all excited :p

"magic in a tube" ;-)

I'm telling you.....that's no lie. I got rid of all my 3.7 mods.....This is the only one I use and has become my out and about mod. I love my VV mods, but only use them at home. This P+ 18350 with an LR cannot be beat. Definitely hits like no other 3.7 mod out there. I couldn't be happier.

I'm stuck on a 24hr lifeflight shift & will be in the ER for 3 days after that. My friend just skyped me that he picked up a p+18650.

Please god, save me one. Wing & vaperologist---- don't buy them all!!! Lol

My friend says if they get sold out he will give me his. Whaaaaaa i want my own NOW!!!!

I've got the 18350 with me today, diy organic, vg butterscotch in a clearomizer with stainless tip. I've changed batteries once so far. I've filled the xl clearo three times. Just now switched to organic vg maui menthol, as its after dinner.

That is my ecf update for the day. I think we should keep vaping perfection in this sub-forum. :)

I love my t1, s6, p10, p16, p18, & p+ 18350. (& my super t tips).

Is the 18500 in stock as well?

Vaperologist..... why is a slant cap gonna look better than the flat with the "line", & other rebuildable attys?

Hey Jen, I got my P+500 originally with the flat top because I think it looks better with a SS Liquinator tank which I've been using about 90% of time for the past 3 months or so. The Bulli A2-T, which should be here tomorrow, and the Line are considerably narrower than a carto tank and I just think would look better on my P+ if it had a slanted cap which would allow for everything to blend in together a little more. Basically, I would like it for the same reasons why I wanted it on my first Precise which was during my dripping-only days before tanks. It's not a huge deal, just a matter of personal taste.

All of us here like perfection. Isn't that why we are all obsessed with SuperT mods? :)

I can claim to make the Mod, but i can't claim the "magic in a tube" phrase, that one was tagged by AlmightyGod!

Jen, what ohm Fluxomizers/Clearomizers are you running?

Not sure if I'm running into new problems due to the better batts (AW 17670 vs. AW IMR 18490) or power delivery on the P+ is just that much better... these lower resistance fluxos can't take more than a 3 second button press before tasting burnt. I switched over to a 3.6ohm (3.9ohm DMM measured) Fluxo and that seems to work okay until the battery hits 3.8v and I can't keep wattage where I like... okay for now, just not the vapor I prefer is all.

However, I am absolutely amazed at the power delivery of the P+, and the fit/finish is second to none, truly "magic in a tube". One area that I am looking to tweak is the button travel and spring resistance. The battery post is already at 4 brass washers and can't take another, so I gather the only other means would be with different springs. Oh and the locking switch... genius! I have another bottom button mod with a screw lock and almost never use because it was such a pain to lock/unlock.

The other big surprise is just how lightweight the P+ body is, even when I got the mail I was thinking "no way is she in this box, it's too light". Nope, just slimmed it down to almost nothing weight wise. The reduction in weight does nothing to take away from the sturdy and solid feel the P+ is in your hand though... I really want a P+350 now. :)

David, many thanks for sharing your creations with us all!

I'm using aw imr 18350 batteries from super-t.
The clearos are 2.4-2.6 ohm from gotvapes. I prefer ce2s to cartos because that fluff stuff in cartos mutes the flavor of my juice, & holds onto bacteria. Genesis tanks are my most preferred though either with ss mesh or fiberglass wicking. ( that is actually how i have my husband rebuild burnt ce2s).
I should probably mention that i use 100% vg, even the flavoring in my juice is vg based. That is how i get tons of vapor.

Hey skinnee... Yea, I believe that 4 washers is the max. The only way to adjust the throw of the switch is by adding or removing washer. Changing out the spring will only change the resistance of how hard you have to press the button in order to activate the unit. The only other way you could achieve a shorter throw of the switch is by using a protected black AW 18500 batt instead of the IMR since it's just a little bit longer.

I use my P+500 with AW IMR batt and four brass washers. I prefer a very short throw but I'm not sure I would want it shorter than what this configuration offers. IMO, any shorter and the bottom horns would become ineffective since you wouldn't be able to sit your P+ vertically without activating it unless you locked the button every single time. Just my thoughts.

I'd like the 18490 with a shorter throw and a stiffer spring. I have the stiff spring, and I think David might be entertaining the idea of offering a longer button screw at some point.
