I use a Merlin rta, lately I have been using Fused Clapton TI coils, 4 wraps around a 3.5mm drillbit. Rayon wick.

I like TI because it just seems to hit better. Nice wide TCR curve means better temp accuracy than something like SS that has a narrow TCR curve. Faster heat up and cool down than some other wire.

Plus I have a 1/2 pound spool of it
