You know, I am learning more about this crap than I ever thought anyone would ever need to know.

I just get this distinct feeling like I am reinventing the wheel, and all of this is safely tucked away in some corp filing cabinet already.

The one thing I do have, that they DON'T, is the credibility of being a die-hard vaper, who until recently, wasnt trying to prove anything....... I only came here to find a better vape!!

TBH, I really dont care. Flat out plagiarism ticks me off, credit would be nice, but at the end of the day I am happy with contributing towards advancing the technology. Its the technology that is saving lives, including my own.

I think you are right Mike, I suspect in a few years time BT will once again completely dominate the market. Plenty of the big players in the vape industry are too busy watching each other and their market share. They need to put any research they have done into the public domain...... doubt it will happen.

Now, I think all it will take is for one type of high nicotine e-liquid to be approved and we can cut it as needed, so, I hope some company can get that approved. Forget all the potencies, we can always lower the nic, just give us one really high nicotine e-liquid and vaping as we know will survive.

Bud, your setup is just fine! You need not worry.

He sent me an RSST with a 2.08ohm kanthal coil, wrapped around 3mm Ekowool. He vapes on a mech so he asked me to measure that set of parameters. juice was about 85/15 VG/DW.

Dude, even on a fresh battery (4.2v) you are good.
This is 3 5-sec puffs with a break in between followed by a couple of chain vapes

Probe inserted easily on this build:

And for the full stats (he said he never lets his bat drop below 3.6v):

ETA: DL hits were about 25% lower in temp, and quite tasty, I would rather enjoy that setup with a little higher nic.

wow! that rsst never seen a thermocouple and a provari before. it's good to see it made the safe range since i've been vaping it for years now. this looks like adequate temperature control can be attained with a conservative build. tc is only logical but i resist more and more electronic devices. i think i'll stay emp ready.

Yeah - I've grabbed a hit or three off a bad coil that definitely tasted worse than the Marlboros I smoked... for sure.

Sorry, I dont have any answers for you as I dont know that mod, or what atty/cartridge you are using.

My suggestion would be to ask that same question in this forum:
Temperature Control
They specialize in brand specific TC issues there.

Oh, and if you dont know the cartridge, a pic might help folks help you figure it out.
