Here is a pic off the silver one on a Dani, it's too big a tank for the Dani imo, as I like my tube's small. If you don't mind long tubes and use the 18650 configuration it's perhaps better a better match.
Dani also just goes to 40w, fine for me, but I think some want to use higher wattages with this tank.

and here in 18650 config next to my preffered Dani config :) It's quite tall:

And it is absolutely no good fit for the Athena Envy 22: :D

You need pretty big tanks for the Athena, the Mutank is a very nice fit for that one.

I keep forgetting about the 40W limitation because I never go above 40W myself, lol

I agree, it's a bit too big for the small Dani, doesn't look too bad on the large though.

I did expect it to disappear like that in the Envy, thank you for the pics good Sir

Woot, it's here

I dig it!

Flavor was good right off the bat, no leaking so far. No gurgling, hissing or spitting neither. Air flow is pretty massive coming from the Kayfun V5, I had to tighten it down until there was almost no visible opening left but it works. Airflow control ring could be a bit tighter though.

I do feel like a bit of a lightweight compared to you guys, I'm using it around 33W at the moment and above 35 it's getting too hot for my taste. The coils takes a second or two to heat up at such a low setting but after that it's good to go.

I've only tried the ceramic coil by the way.

A quick side by side shot with a Serpent mini (left), Bachelor Nano (right) and Kayfun V5 clone (far right):

It's pretty small for a 4ml tank, a few mm smaller than the 2ml Bachelor Nano. I forgot to take pics with the original driptips though. I took the o-rings off before I cleaned the tank & didn't bother to put them back on again when I was done.

My fav driptip is a bit tall on there but I like the restricted draw it gives me. It's far from pretty but it looks less ugly than I expected so I'm just gonna stick with it.

This is what it looks like on a Nugget:

And on a VT200:

I'm going to use it for a couple of days and if I still like it I'll probably order a silver one too.

There's another package waiting at the post-office and I suspect that has the RBA in it, I'll report back on that one when I try it but it might be a while as I want to get a good feel for the ceramic coil first.

I don't think the wire in the ceramic head is Kanthal as the resistance changes too much. I popped it on the VT133 under the SS316L profile and the DNA didn't kick out of TC.

You have to turn back the temperature since the ceramic retains a lot of heat. I tried it at 65W/300F, the temp climbed and steadied till TP kicked in. If someone wants to plug it into eScribe and check it out in the monitor to see if I am crazy or not. :w00t:

Cleito and Tornado Nano tips fit perfect on the Ultimo and Ultimo tips naturally fit on the Cleito and Tornado Nano.

Dude, you're right!

I've set mine on 316L @35 watt with a pre-heat of 50 watt, this is a much nicer vape!

To be honest it kinda felt like a step backwards to me in wattage mode so this is a nice surprise.

I like mine at the same temps as I like my usual go-to builds, no need to turn the temperature lower then normal the way I vape. I think you have set your wattage on the higher side where mine is on the lower side.

It is a cooler vape with these settings at 220C or 430F then it was in wattage mode at 33 watts but that's all adjustable of course.

Just tried it on the Cuboid mini as well, also works flawless in SS316L TC-mode. I need to take it to a higher wattage without the pre-heat function though. Heat up on initial draw is still a bit slow @45 watts but that seems close enough for now.

By the way, I asked every YT reviewer who had a review out on these before I ordered and no one knew what kind of coil was used with the ceramic. If any of you guys are reading this, you all suck :p

Been through a tank and a refill on the RBA deck with the provided notch coil at 50w and I don't have any condensation or leakage after refill. That's with a pretty thin liquid too 60/40 or 70/30 I forget which.

I got my RBA too today, looks like a nice little deck, more than roomy enough for my usual builds. I'm kinda curious to try it out now even though I bought it for the ceramic coils and just got the RBA in case the ceramic sucked.

I kinda had a feeling this was going to be a nice tank but it actually exceeds my expectations so far.

I also like how light it is, really nice for on a pocket-mod. It feels a bit like a taller Serpent mini to be honest.

It does get warm fast though, at least with the ceramic coil.

I like notch coils for that reason. They are low wattage coils and in my experience produce little heat since they ramp up instantly and I fire them for a shorter duration. I just ordered a second Ultimo tank and a 5 pack of the notch coil heads. This tank is quite impressive. I will get around to the ceramic coils eventually once the second tank arrives :)

Flavor is better with the Ultimo+RBA than the Tornado Nano .3 ohm coil heads with the same liquid. I only have .3 ohm coil heads.

Supposedly the Cleito 120 which is due out at the end of the month is better than the Ultimo or so says the single YT review. We shall see.

Yeah, I'm gonna need another one of these to put on my silver mods as well, lol

I don't have any good experiences with notch coils yet, but I only tried them in the square Cuboid mini tank so far. It was nothing but a horrible spit-fest. I guess I'll have to give them another change. I want to try my own twisted titanium coils on the RBA first though, as they're kinda my benchmark.

So many coils to try, so few tanks to put them in.. ;)

Does anyone have the regular notch coil for these to try by the way? I expected they would include one of those as well to be honest.

Just confirmed that it works just fine in SS316 mode on the Nugget as well, I'm out of mods to try now but I think it's pretty clear anyways.

I guess you're gonna have to try again @cooladdict ;)
I am definitely going to have to try it again! I did try again on the X Cube II but I can't choose 316, so it kicked me out even when I changed the TCR and played with the settings. The new(ish) firmware tool has fewer options than the Smart BEC app did so blah. I will see if I can run 316 on the iStick 100w TC. I would love to be able to play around with it! :) I am curious about the notch coil in the RBA but I haven't heard a lot of good reviews about that coil, especially when it comes to spitting, so we shall see. I really do love the ceramic coil, tho!

I'm not familiar with either of those mods, but it sounds like you can use a new one. I guess I've should've tagged you here

Ahhh, thank you! I saw that they are now on ECF but I missed this thread entirely! My latest mod was the Target Pro, so yep, definitely time for something new. :)

If you looking for a DNA board, this is a pretty good price for a DNA 75

HCigar VT 75 | 75w Temperature Control Mod

Or

SMY SDNA 75w TC Box Mod | Ecig.com

Thanks, Ray! I have a growing number of mods on my radar now. I can't seem to make up my mind which one I neeeed, lol. I have been looking at DNA devices, and I am also considering picking up a squonker. All of my current devices are TC but I have never really gotten into running TC, mostly because I lack the patience to see it through. I love having options but I seem to take the #lazyvaper route most often. I need to fix that. :D
