I was really surprised anyone did....I thought that little contest would have lasted longer.
this atty ROCKS! I posted my initial impressions (4 hours in) on AG's

I've been using bulk 510 atties at about 2.2ohms until I got these. Occasional 2 Ohm Boge Carto + Pure Smoker Icon excursions but for the most part an Ali'i or Reo Grand & Mini with the standard 510s. The bottom-feeder 2 Ohm hybrids are remarkable for Vapor and taste is nice as well. Was a little worried that the higher wattage might mute the flavor but must say that it's slightly better or equivalent with much more consistent vapor. It's only been a day and a half so I'm really interested to see how longevity goes. I can usaully get 2 weeks on the bulk 510s. I use sweetened Tasty Vapor juices and never clean or dry-burn. Usually just blowout through the battery end nightly. Although I did see some posts indicating a reversal of that procedure. Brew

Ok...my atties arrived yesterday. The first one (1.5) lasted about 4 hours. The second (2.0), about the same; neither was hitting good to begin with. Now, I'm on my third (1.5) and last "hybrid" atty.
On my Prodigy V3.1, it's just merely "OK." The flavor (BWB Waffle) is there but the draw isn't.
Going back to Cisco and/or Maelstrom LR306s. Same sort of disappointing durability, BUT they
function much better. If I can get 1.5 weeks out of them, then they're good enough for me.
Anyhow, it was worth a try.

Hey COV! I didn't read through all the posts, but wanted to chime in. I got 2 hybrid 1.5's & 1 2.0 in the mail yesterday. TYTYTY!!!!!! I was so excited the first 1.5 I tried, I popped on to my Reo Grand without thinking. I got one really superb hit, then nothing. I was thinking I may have flooded it, so blew it out & tried it on my Reo Mini. Nada. Note to self... proceed with caution. Pulled out the second 1.5 & it's still going strong on the Grand. Incredible! And the new drip tip tops it off perfectly!!! (& complements my Grand & Mini perfectly!) I'll revisit the other one later to see if I can revive. If not, oh well... This one is rocking! Thank YOU!

These Hybrids should be doused in juice & allowed to sit a bit. The stainless mesh needs a chance to soak up the liquid.
I've pulled out a 1.5ohm Standard Hybrid & have been running it on my Provari at 3.7v-4.0v...I doubt it's the 18650 at fault.
You should contact COV for a replacement for the one that's not working correctly!

I've got about seven hours total on the standard today... it's getting better by the hour. Inching up my favorite atty experience list bit by bit. Going to try the bottom-feeder version tomorrow. -Magnus

Mine bit the dust at the end of first day. Im with you on moving on.. lol hit good while it lasted though.
I'm now getting AWESOME vapor. Been running since about 8 last night and a good 6+mls through.

Magnus, do let us know your experiences with the BF. I have not tried my standard yet! Too busy enjoying the BF, I suppose.

So far I have been playing with the 1st of (4) I purchased of these Hybrid Atty's and this one is a 1.5ohm, I got 2 top feed, a 1.5 & 2ohm and the same 2 in bottom feeders. Of the first that I am on now for my 3rd day and I have only used it a little each day it has a very harsh hit like I have had with numerous other Atty's which is the reason I only use one certain vendors Atty's now for as long as I can remember because of the smoothness of how they hit and work. So far I'm not experiencing good things with this Atty at all. I will not judge my final assessments on just this one and will wait till I try the 2ohm top feed Atty and both bottom feeders for my final verdict.

my experience of how these are also operating is the following, and I think people should trust I know how to operate an Atty. I broke mine in my usual way of dripping juice into this Atty and let it sit for a bit. I started hitting it and it has that scratchy rough hit in the back of the throat I do not like. I tried dripping lots of juice in it like was said it could handle and it didn't produce when I did, then after it would burn up a lot of it and also pull back up to the mouth once some juice would get used it would hit for about 2 decent hits and then bad again, couple drops and that scratchy rough hit and taste again, no matter how I use it, voltage wise on my Provari 3.3V-4.2V and couple of drops or mad dripping it is a non performer for me. I am now going to the 2ohm on a VV Bottom feeder = VV Ali'i one of my go to Mods that pumps vapor and flavor like no other continuously.

I put the 2ohm Bottom feeder Hybrid on my VV Ali'i,, prepped Atty very well and began vaping, it took about a good 15 pokes to get this Hybrid going and initial results are good. At first it put out a thin light vapor, once broken in a bit it started producing nicely. I will come back to this post and edit my later results tomorrow after using this Atty for the rest of the night and tomorrow morning for a while. I have to say the 2ohm is greatly out performing the 1.5ohm top fed dripping Atty so far !

Day 2 on 2.0,BF HB, on my Reo Grand. Prepped atty day 1 and off to the races, good flavor and great vapor ( I use 50/50 mix). Take normal drag, long and slow and it works fine. One thing I noticed is that some times it seems as if the atty is auto feeding. Anybody else experience this on Reo Grand?
Somebody should do a video....I'm waiting on mine. They should be here tomorrow.
My Mini is auto feeding as well. In fact, when I squonk, blind or not, I do not hear anything, or get any change in pressure in the bottle or the draw of air. It's odd. It's as tho it is not squonking at all, yet the juice in the bottle is diminishing and I'm vaping, so it's auto feeding.
