Hello all, longtime lurker to this scene that's just getting into it.

Anyway, I got my first e-cig-related shipment in the mail from Johnson Creek. While waiting for Puresmoker to restock I ordered a starter kit and sample pack from JC so I'd have some flavour variety on hand. I open the envelope addressed to me...and find one bottle of Original tobacco. And a packing slip for a fellow that lives in Montreal, QC (I live in BC). So, a guy on the other end of Canada must've had a surprise. 8-o

Contacted JC and explained the situation, now waiting to hear back from them. Has anyone else had this happen before?

Can't say that I have had anything that severe happen, however I did have a damaged envelope and a damaged bottle (USPS's fault). Christian over at JC took care of me on my next order when it was mentioned. He will probably make things right.. He is a really nice guy, and very accommodating. Please do post an update when you hear back from them. I am curious to see what the outcome is. :)

Update!

I should add for context- I was a little cold in my email to JC and now feel a bit bad, though in my defense I'd gotten a single 30mL bottle when I'd ordered around $60 of stuff. XD I did offer to take photos of the envelope and packing slip though!

Which Christian said wouldn't be necessary. He apologized (and did mention this is a rarity to say the least) and has said they'll just get my order together again and send it out asap.

Big <3 to Christian at JC for the great service, doubly so once it actually arrives! ;)
