used for another purpose...
So, you *do* understand. OK. good.
used for another purpose...
I understand that but in this case it's more along the lines of something that has already existed for a long time being used for another purpose...
So, you *do* understand. OK. good.
There are tons of examples of that in the tech world. Part of the problem is it doesn't seem like the people granting the patents understand the technology they are granting the patent for (and neither do the judges most of the time).
I do think Notcigs would have a valid argument for a patent based on some of the other things patents have been made for. I do not think the tech should be patented, but that doesn't mean a patent wouldn't hold up.
Do you have a link to his patent?
Do you have google or a search box at the upper right part of each ECF page? You should use that. Even if you locate and read that or any other patent, you don't really seem to get how a patent works so I just feel like any direction I point you in is just going to result in more wild claims and accusations from you ... sort of like the last time we interacted when you said all throat hit from polyfill cartos is due to melting plastic. --- Probably from now on, the only interactions you and I will have is when you are feeding out more misinformation and I feel like pointing it out to whomever you are feeding it to.
Hmm who wrote that? Yes I'm very good at searching![]()
When Buzzkill announced his patent, I actually asked him how hard it had been to get because things like trim pots have been around a while... and I knew better. I spent a little over 9 soul sucking years doing litigation support for a firm that primarily handled ip issues. The fact that the parts used were already invented doesn't mean the idea of VV for e-cigs already existed due to trim pots not being new or buck circuits not being new or etc. The simple fact of the existence of a trim pot doesn't mean that everything a trim pot can be used in has been thought of.
And not as good at searching as you think. Wrong again. You are indeed good at being wrong.
Edit: Do you want me to quote you more six? I see another doozy I could post where you basically argued the same thing I am...
Crispy do you realize how often you get on people's threads and start arguments? No matter the subject.. polyfill, vv mods, voltmeters, patents... you make claims that you have seen it, can do it better, can build it, have built it and have the money to buy bunches if you want. It gets tedious after awhile.
Go ahead. it's probably about prior art. When you find the one where I apologized for being wrong, please quote that one too and take a hint from that post and do the same thing yourself. And, while you are at it, quit lying to noobs - quit spreading misinformation - quit making wild claims - quit making unfounded accusations - and simply admit it when you are wrong.
You are wrong. I'm pretty sure you are deliberately wrong most of the time that you are wrong. That's called trolling on forums and usenet. In the real world it's called lying. It is past time for you to stop that.
Six no disrespect but you do not understand patents that well , it is the device it is used in that is under application not ALL variable devices .
.
This is looking now as a fight between 2 persons, who did this before. Can we get back to the subject.
About a patent, you have it or not. When pending you have not.
Why not share the numbers with all of us?
I remember the LT being released, and people saying it "kicks like a horse" and other such hyperbole. The term "powerhouse" has been bandied about concerning this mod. I'd like to see some hard data, because without it everything is just an unsubstantiated opinion.
