Have used all sorts of tanks but not that one.
When using carto+ tank carto they last before getting tight draw:
light juice- 80-90 ml
dark juice- 50-60 ml
Understand some citrus based juices will crack certain plastic tanks and thus that's why they offer the steel tank.

Just make sure you properly first fill the carto- very important and will determine the longevity of the carto whether using alone or in tank. If yo need extra cartos CrystalClearVaping has the cheapest with free shipping. When first using dial in low voltage and work UP from there to find your sweet spot.
