I can only imagine how I will butcher my first fill. Right now i'm just messing around with the atomizer and sampling flavors. I am getting used to it a bit more, but it is still quite strong. Gonna wait until I make up a carto before I judge the strength indefinetely.

Can you tell me more about cleaning the batteries after each charge? Is this the unit or a small battery located somewhere?

And this kinda half sizzling half gurgling sound, that will always occur using the atty?

LOLLLL like I said I "butchered" my first 4 cartos. If you follow the Busardo vid you should be ok. Cleaning batts use some isopropyl and clean the ends of the batts and the contacts on the charger while unplugged. Yes attys will alway sizzle like water on a hot dry frying pan. Gurgling, up to a point, is ok except with cartos. If a carto gurgles it means there's juice in the airway ( that tiny pipe in the center of the filler/ stuffing). Remove from PV and blow gently from mouth end into tissue or paper towel.

Well I filled my first one and it seems okay. The video does not fit my cartos (the default ones with the kit) exactly. The rubber cap is not as big or tall but I did what I could. I never saw the juice come out the top end like in the video. To compensate, I tipped it off a bit more from the top until I could see the filler was wet. It is hard to see the filler material, had to shine a good light on it.

It does not seem as strong from the carto as opposed to when I used the atomizer - which is what I was hoping because 24mg was giving me a massive hit from atty. So I will try vape the rest of tonight with it and tomorrow and see if it is not too much for me or if I have to go down to 16mg or somethin. Someone said you can dilute e-juice with distilled water? If it is too strong I may have to do so because all I bought were 5ml bottle @ 24mg! Shoulda added at least one lower dose.

You can dilute it with water, but that's usually done just to thin out juice that's too thick. By the time you reduce the nic to something that makes any difference, you'll wipe out the flavor and it'll be all runny and not worth spit.

Cartos are always less intense than atomizers. Just take shorter hits. There ain't no rule saying you have to take a massive hit. Try holding it in your mouth longer and inhale more shallowly (hm.. I guess that Is a word.) Vape it more like you'd smoke a cigar or a pipe. A lot of it is pacing and technique.

If you absolutely must dilute it with something, at least use some VG. You can get it at any decent drugstore, or even Walmart. Ask for vegetable glycerine, USP so they'll know what you're talking about. It'll still do a big hit on the flavor, but at least it won't turn your vapor into steam.

Also, when you're using the condoms to fill, if the first one doesn't do the job, pull the carto out and fill it up again. It usually takes me 2 condoms, each about 1/2-2/3 full to completely fill a carto. One condom is not enough. Whatever you do, don't underfill on the first fill-up.

For a mini, the Volt is a pretty capable unit. If you want some improved performance with less hassle, get a pack of Fluxomizers from Gotvapes. You don't need to top them off. You can vape them until they're empty. They outlast cartomizers 4:1. They hold about 30% more than cartos, taste better, never leak, you can see how full they are, the don't burn and you can swap flavors in them. They cost about $2 more per pack than cartomizers.

My honest advice is to cut your losses and buy a midsize like an ego.....but if you are set on using the minis then get some blank cartridges and try using diff eliquids from one of the million sites

Are you talking about buying a new kit or different cartos here? Sorry, still a nub to all this.

Can I use those with my current kit, the KGO? Or is this with a different kit that you use Fluxomizers? They sound great.

He was talking about an entirely different kit. The kGo is a larger mid-sized e-cig. It's a good "next step".

You can use these with the Volt. That is what you ordered, right? If so, you can use them. Just make sure you get the 808 threaded ones. Use the resistance range of 2.4-2.6 ohms and the XL size.
Fluxomizer Supreme XL, 808, 2.4-2.6ohm. That's what you want. They'll work great on a volt. For a kGo, you'd just use the 510 instead of 808.

For easy filling, you'll want a needle tip bottle or a blunt needle syringe. You can fill one in 10 seconds with that. You can fill them without a needle tip, but it's harder.

Edit: Crap. Sorry. Wrong device. You have a kGo. Use the 510 not the 808. You can use either the 2.1-2.4ohm, or the 2.4-2.6 ohm. The 2.1-2.4 is a bit warmer vape. Everything else above still applies.

Can you link me the exact ones that will work with the KGO starter kit? I will get them on my next order when my cartos run out if thats the case.

They say they hold 1.8ml. IME, they hold more like 1.3 to 1.5ml.

You need the 510's. No 2.1-2.4's The 2.4-2.6 will work fine

You'll also need one of the filling things on this page. The syringe or pipette or bottle or whatever strike your fancy.
eJuicing Accessories : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

They're in the process of moving, so nothing's going to ship until mid-next week.

I might have to go get some today. Last night my heart was racing and I couldn't get to sleep because I was antsy so it's clearly too strong for me. I am even considering buying a Blu for now just to calm the effect down. I went ahead and ordered some more ejuice in lower mg increments of 18mg, 16mg, and 14mg but I have to wait for those to arrive.

Is it a case of just adding some VG or are there actual measurements/calculations? I have only 5ml bottles. If I don't dilute them I doubt I will use them again @ this strength.

Sorry about your issues. Re: sore throat are you drinking lots of water A's Vaping dehydrates. I drink 1 1/2 liters per day.

Yeah I drank quite a bit yesterday and am gonna do so today too. It's not sore per se, just kinda rawish.

Aside from the strength issue the kit is great - I just shoulda known to get some lower MG sample bottles too. Growing pains hehe. I wouldn't be surprised if I go dfown to 16 or 14mg tbh. It's a testament to the KGO and the juice just how much of a potent hit they pack compared to the crappy Blu cigs that claim to be 24mg also.

Well at least you've now got the right PV. Yes no telling how long the Blu cartos were sitting on a shelf. A's you found you can mix equal parts of lower Nic juice so all that juice won't be wasted. I vape 60/ 40 PG/ VG because the higher standard higher PG/ VG just didn't feel right. Also PG does enhance TH but I Belive it's the higher Nic that's doing it.

Yeah i'll hit my stride with it hopefully when i receive the lower juices.

Hey, am I reading your sig right that you vape 40ml per week @ 8mg nic strength? Just curious.
