What is the big deal?? If you think about it it's just a metal tube batt holder with a switch that powers the atty. So what technology is there to patent? If Halers does 5V sweet spot w/ regulator or resistor all the better. The gg isn't the 1st and Xhale probably won't be the last.

"Mixed from scratch" could very well mean that they get high mg e-liquid from China and dilute it here in the USA. It's sly wording.
"Made or manufactured from scratch" means that they get their nic from a chemist or somehow extract it themselves and use all USA food grade ingredients. There's a difference.

Yeah, but it's more about my health than winning a law suit, and getting quality stuff in the first place. Chances are that USA (and UK) manufacturers are gonna do what they say, since they know it's so much easier to sue them locally. I wouldn't even know how to go about suing a Chinaman. lol
