If using 32 oz quart bottles you'll have a bit too muck head space in the bottle if you're intending to to do 1 liter per 1 32 oz bottle.Nicotine River. They sell by metric up to and including a liter. Then it's 1-gallon, 2.5 gallons, 1-drum. The drum is $7,400
A liter is a quart and a liter bit more. If I'm thinking in the correct direction, I risk overflowing the quart bottle if I try jamming a liter in a quart bottle. I'm just gonna fill the quart bottles to the top less the neck (per the commonly accepted protocol on this thread). When I get to the point I cannot fill a whole quart bottle I will decant in the 4 oz bottles till it's depleted. Transferring from a 2.5 gallon jug to these bottles could be fun. It'll look like that pix 440 posted. I'll have to think that one thru. Might just run to the auto parts store and get one of those hand pumps.
Silly me, you're correct. Had it backwards. I've just recently bought quart bottles for storage, not liking the smaller bottles in the freezer.
After opening up three or four year old nicotine few months back. Looked good, tasted good. But after opening it to the air in a rapid period of time I noticed it did change color and flavor was different. Needless to say I order more and disposed of the older nicotine along with my VG and PG. Long story short I now re-bottle my liquids in smaller bottles no larger than 120 ml that get used quicker once opened to the air.

Yeah, that was kind of my thinking too. Based on what I have learned here it's no significant risk to decant from quarts to smaller, more manageable bottles when the time comes. Shouldn't have any more than (8) 4oz bottles at any one time. The rest can rest in quart jars till needed. I'll keep (1) 4oz bottle in the fridge for use. All the rest goes in the freeze.
With a decent sized funnel you should be able to fill each quart about 3/4 full with a big margin for error. If you start by doing that for say eight bottles the jug will be much lighter and topping off will be easier.
Having weed wackers, leaf blowers, chain saws, and various other two stroke stuff using different mix ratios with multiple cans then pouring it into all this equipment I feel somewhat experienced at decanting without being a slob about it.

All my mixes taste better when I wipe out the funnel before use. That 2 stroke oil flavor and color may help some recipes but not mine. I recommend an old sock, as it complements the cotton wicking.

Totally off topic here (but since it's "my" thread, I'll take some liberty with it).
Just use this:
Opti-2 2-cycle oil
interesting. I finally went to one ratio. 40:1 on everything (that's the highest concentration requirement I have). The newer crap is 50:1 but I just burn 40:1 in it. Doesn't hurt anything.
The Opti-2 ends up mixed more like 70:1 (1.8 oz / gallon), but it works. It runs very clean, with virtually no smoke or plug fouling, and I've had no problem with engine wear either.
However, I'm slowly switching over to battery powered stuff in place of 2-strokes, especially in applications like a 14" chainsaw that I don't use very often.
In 2016 I purchased 27 years worth of 100mg nic juice to keep in the freezer just in case there was a total ban. In 2017 I was officially diagnosed with IPF and told I would be dead in 5 years...

How long was it exposed to the air? I have 8oz that are going to need to be transferred to 4 and the maybe down to something smaller. I’m wondering what I can get away with.

I switched to battery weedeaters a few years ago, and last year I bought a Kobalt battery-operated mower. Works great with two 80v batteries that run about 30 minutes each and take 30 minutes each to charge. Just finished my second season with it, and it works like a charm.
