For real? Is this really happening, or a hypothetical "could happen"? So currently cigs are regulated only as a commodity? by the ATF, but the ingredients aren't regulated are they?
by Dr. SuessLove that quote!
I bought my NJoy Pro from the local Kangaroo (convenience) store. They also sell cart's at $20 for a 10 pack (regular and menthol only).
That would have to be an extremely soft whisper, since it would be a serious antitrust violation that could result in an enormous civil damage award to any businesses and individuals disadvantaged by that illegal restraint of trade, as well as a rather unpleasant legal rectal exam by the Justice Dept's antitrust people. There will no need for government involvement if Big Tobacco quietly says to all tobacco shop owners, "You can either sell our Marlboros and Newports or you can sell e-cigs. But not both."
Thanks; there's one near me and I will check what they have, and for how much.the Pilot truck stop in Mobile Alabama is selling NJOY
Ron Paul just said on Larry King Live "there are lots of things that are dangerous, but who should regulate danger, the gov or the individual? The government should not be regulating this." He was speaking of legalizing marijuana. He went on to say that it is the same for tobacco and alcohol. That how people use these things is a behavior issue, and not something that government should be involved in. I think e-cigs would fit well in this discussion.
I's probably a good time to contact your congressman about e-cigs. This discussion is going on in House right now. They are going to legalize marijuana, Obama feels the war on drugs has been one of the biggest disasters of all time. People will have the right to self medicate with pot. Same should be true with nicotine. I've said before that big tobacco, not pharma, is gonna be the one to watch here. They have to spin their leaves into gold, and liquid nicotine is their Rumpelstiltskin.
That was funny, but maybe true. Buy them here but don't use them here.
