never used a taifun - but an erl, as long as the materials its made of dont disintegrate on ya like mine did :( , should be a fine vape. - as mentioned, more as a flavor atty instead of clouds

learning a style of wicking for it may be challenging to some, but one you get it down - its done :p

anyone want to pm me about the erl, il respond with a pictorial on how i set mine up.

simple is not the term i'd described this one with, I got one and it still is in my socks drawer, the tank is held only by orings giving the whole atty a flimsy vibe that I don't like, the wicking is a complete witch to master and get ready for big leaks on your first tries, if you are more persistent than I am, you may find out after setting it up right that this was a looooooooot of trouble to get a flavor "kayfun style" (I mean be4 v4).... not worth it if you ask me, a lot of hype around this thing for reasons I still haven't found out.

"sealed" by orings yes, but held together by "screw force" when the top cap is screwed on.

TBH, i think most of the hype comes from the "huge" ml capacity and the top fill function.
personaly, i was liking the size of the mini - atop my istick 20 - nice out and about pocket setup

It's good on flavor, but after so many leaks and wasted money from expensive juices leaking on my table overnight, it's just not worth it. The taifun gt2 is amazing. I absolutely hate the airflow adjustment on the erlkonigin. I mean, the only plus side is if you completely close it it won't leak all over your stuff... I dunno. I tried everything and just couldn't get it to be reliable. Very hit or miss. I wanted to like it, it has a ton of cool features. Anyways, thats just my opinion. I'm recommending the taifun to my friends who are getting into rta's cause it works the first time every time. I shouldn't have to sit for hours watching youtube videos and reading forum posts to learn how to wick it. 1mm difference means leaks? Even when it does work right, it's still an over engineered tank that has major downsides.

if there is a leak with the erl, you should check/replace any bad orings. - mine used to leak because one of the top fill orings was partially "shaved" and letting in air.

if all orings seal and there is only a leak when filling - you havent wicked the erl right.

dont get me wrong, i was uber mad too wasting juice for the first week learning how to set it up - it was my first rta and i JUST got an istick20 with it, it kept ...... on the istick

 Poor istick.

If it leaks while filling, you aren't doing it fast enough ;)

It shouldnt leak ever. If it does, its the wicking or a bad o ring.

^ exactly my point----------if its leaking - bad oring, or bad wicking.

im just sharing that it also "made me mad" to be loosing all that juice in a week - normaly vape 2-5mls a day so 35mls a week - wasted over 150mls that first week learning to wick it, just to later find out it was shipped with a bad oring installed.

Be careful on these, make sure you read the discussion/review, I picked up a FT erl in 22mm it was trash!

The thing just leaked, badly!

I've had great gear from FT so I'm not knocking them but I wouldn't have gone back if this was my first buy!

Was it the Yiloong? I love mine. But I did Dremel the wick slots in the top of the deck deeper.
