Normal?

I have a Herakles Plus tank, running a 0.2 NI 200 coil.

The tank is on an Eleaf istick TC100W mod, set to TC, NI mode, at 400° F.

The reported watts are 93.

I put the tank on an Reuleaux RX 200, TC mode for NI., temp set for 400° F. The reported watts were 200.

Is it normal in the TC mode for the mod to hit (at least initially) with the maximum watts? I am presuming the mod does not maintain the max wattage during the inhale. (tank and mod would get hot, and battery life would suck, if it did?)

I suspect it is doing something similar to the DNA200 pre-heat (which it is a clone/copy of).

You can adjust the wattage in temp mode on both of those mods. For the Reuleaux, press the fire button four times to enter wattage adjustment. For the istick, in temp mode press and hold the mode button (the button under the up/down buttons) and either the up or down button to adjust the wattage.
