Every Tuesday, only missed one because of vacation.

Too funny, MarkHi all!
DW and I picked up a visitor last night. We were watching a show in the great room (log cabin home), heard something rattling about in the second floor overlook and then above the kitchen cabinets. Eventually we saw it - a juvenile gray squirrel.
We chased it around a bit, trying to trap it, but no go (a lot of Christmas decoration clutter). The little bugger was having a ball, running around on the log beams that span the great room, and dw was trying to stun it with a broom [emoji16]
I had enough fun, so retired to the BR with the 3 Aussies, while DW stayed in the living room on guard duty. Apparently she laid down on a couch, was drifting off to sleep when she opened her eyes briefly - the squirrel was sitting at the far end of the couch, just looking at her. My theory is it was rested up, wanted her to play another round of chase [emoji3]
Today I ordered a couple of live traps, they'll show Tuesday (none of the local stores had the smaller ones for a little critter), and opened a couple of storm windows so if it pops in again tonight we can open the inner windows to let it out.
Best case it went out already, is telling tales to its litter mates at the nest. Worst case it's decided DW is its newfound human friend, who likes to play with it at night[emoji2]
Thank youAw!!! What a little cutie. Prayers continue. <3
I have no excuse for my absence other than just plain old lazinessGlad everyone is ok!
