Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday....With weather on the way I'll be cutting grass all afternoon....Fam is at the beach and I went down Saturday and cut the grass....Got a full plate here so I came on back....The fact the beach is swarming with people....Well I don't do holidays there much.....

I've not seen the Solo....My intent was one battery in all mods....the 21700....I do have 18650s for the flashlight though and will check out the Solo....Was gonna get a DaVinci pod with a built in battery....One review mentioned leaks and that was that.....

Coil wide I'm a .4 Player....I lost a couple of the Vaporesso coils in the Beast due to operator error...I wet them and then let them set for about 30 minutes in a full tank that I dry puffed several times....Couple of hits later and I get a slight burnt aftertaste....This all began when I let my first coil get a little low on juice and burnt it...There was still juice in there but not completely covering the holes....I got Beast coils but they don't get close to .5 and either I flubbed or Element sent the lower of the 2 choices {.012 maybe...the other being .2}..They will be for emergency use only...Beast drip tip also disappeared last night....I'd ordered a silver one with a blue ring at the bottom that didn't fit when new....Fits fine now...Still gonna be on the lookout for that tip...Element has black Zeus tanks now...Planning on another Odin and another Zeus....They got spare glass as well and I already had to rob the bubble glass from the SS Zeus....2 weeks in and already I've busted the glass on the Beast and the Zeus....juice wise the Jam Monster Vanilla Custard is a winner....The Beard #1 is good but pretty flavorful for an all day thing...The Beard is dark as well...I've got the Beard that you mentioned but I'll go to the bottom of the bottle before I switch unless I'm close and a coil dies....

Got a customer interested in my remaining boat...It's an all 2002 welded aluminum Lowe Roughneck 1652....That's 16 feet long and 52 inches wide measured at the floor....Powered by a 2 stroke Yamaha 50....As far as comparable boats go it's pretty sweet...My original thinking was sell both boats and then move into another aluminum boat with either a 70 or 90 Yamaha for power and a little newer....I've been saving and been getting paid pretty good and could make that move now but prefer the other boat gone first...Still at the end of the day I got a boat that works and I haven't gotta use 3/4 of my on hand cash to pay the monthly bills....It's six of one.......

    Happy Labor Day!!

That heat and humidity had me hiding in the house the last couple of weeks. Yesterday and today in the lower 80s has been very welcomed! I think we've got rain coming for the rest of the week.
You can send some rain our way. Dry here again.

Maddie is wrapping up school work and I am breathing a sigh of relief to have gotten through our first week of virtual learning.
It goes a little something like this.... 8:27 she logs into block 1. 50 minutes of class time where the teacher is in the empty classroom teaching and she and her friends faces are seen by all (she HATES that more then anything).
They have 3 minutes to log into block 2...50 minutes there, repeat for 2 additional classes. Break for almost an hour for lunch then afternoon classes are repeat from morning classes for 25 minutes but only if they need help with something or the teachers request them back bc they didn’t finish a morning lesson.

She had herself all worked up for about a week before school started (the 8th) so it’s been quite stressful.

Week one is in the books y’all!!!! Hopefully it’s only UP from here!

Wishing you all a great weekend.

Well I ran my Buzzes into the ground....Gifted my Pro-Varis......

Now in my 3rd week back I find......I really like the Odin Mini....Drove to Conway SC yesterday....3 hours each way plus the time I spent in looking at two boats and talking...I took the Odin and Aegis and some juice....I had to juice both mods a couple of times....Fresh 21700s when I left....Batts ran all day even with me having nothing to do but vape and drive....Batts were still going more than 24 hours later....That's a big win....Big like that Aegis....It's gonna be my #3 when I get around to ordering another Odin....Baker juice is way to heavy on the flavor...I thought the same about Jam Monster at first but then I tried the Baker....it also kills coils...I'll keep vaping it until it's gone or I get more to try and have a coil go....Gonna get more Jam Monster though....So far I like the Strawberry Custard ad the Vanilla Custard that is all gone now....I still have Nic in the freezer but gifted all my mixing gear....Prolly gonna get some graduated cylinders as the flavor overload gets rough....

That old Hurricane sally is gonna hit me and Bov last I looked....The full brunt of the wind won't come but they say 3~7 inches of rain....It's like the lottery....depends on what band rotates over your location...Sure wish we could send some rain to the West Coast.....

So happy to have you back vaping with us ElDee!!! The Strawberry custard monster is my favorite of the custards too, then vanilla, then blueberry. Strawberry Nolabar gets my approval as well. (Sadboy, out of Philadelphia) After all these years Bo and I still vape (on the daily) Cuttwoods Unicorn Milk. My boss orders 10 bottles at a time for me bc we do not carry the line in shop.

I’m going to check out that odin!!! We’ve had the tanks in store but not the mod, YET! :)

Stay safe down there Bov and ElDee!!!

Low 60s and sunny at camp.

I had great plans for camp projects, blew them off to just grill [emoji3]

The menu is steaks, sausages, hot dogs, and corn.

Well Sally nailed us with buckets of rain and flash flooding, tornadoes all around us. I made it just fine, but plenty of local creek and river flooding, including Pokey's street and yard. Her house didn't get any water inside, but I'm sure her crawl space did. Now I know why her HVAC system is in her attic! Almost 10in of rain here

The deck adventure is progressing slowly since Mike is donating his labor, I am paying for materials. What a super kind thing for him to do!! He came out this afternoon and set the center posts...a necessity since he decided to make the length along the house a 12ft span, and 8ft out into the yard. No complaining on my part!

Had to pay my first plumber yesterday. I discovered a leak in my front yard that turned out to be about a 2ft section of the main line between the meter and my house that ruptured. Copper, replaced with PEX, but at least there was a plumber available so I didn't have to pay an emergency fee. I had noticed the pool of water right after Sally blew thru, so I expect I'll have one helluva water bill to pay.

Still grateful to have my own place in the world!!

I sat here that day and watched the tornadoes blowing up all around your house....Worst to me looked to be a little East....I could see none were rolling directly through Sumpter....

Back when I worked for a plumber the city would adjust your water bill if you had a leak....Might better save the plumber's bill....

I've been needing to service my boat and place it on the market....Not sure if I really should sell it so I've been procrastinating....Yesterday I washed and vacuumed the Tacoma....It was much needed...Today I trimmed branches all day....There is a section of woods and a creek between Mom's house and mine...Right where my drive enters the woods had some limbs that were getting low...They would brush the trailer if I was pulling it and you had to dodge them in anything else....Went around the yard and trimmed a bunch more and now have a limb mountain out there...Got another large pile where I trimmed around the shop last week....Mom is antsy wanting to burn the one up by the shop but it's gotta dry out a little first...At her age she has zero patience and has been banned from touching matches for years now....Ask me about the time when I installed my driveway and used plastic pipe in the road ditch....Came home and Mom had raked leaves into the ditch and set them on fire....right along with the pipe!!! That sheet gets to burning it's difficult to extinguish...had a 20 foot wide drive that's now @ 19 feet wide....Needing to whoop out the chainsaw and cut a couple of trees that I hacked on today....Supposed to rain tomorrow so we'll see...I started limbing with hand clippers and built a base of small branches that will catch fire easily....Then I switched to a telescopic hand pruner and got the branches I couldn't reach and anything that would fit inside the lopper...A little larger but still small branches to top off the base...Then I switched to a telescoping gasoline limb saw and cut everything I could reach...Now it's piled nice and tight and should burn without much trouble...Those trees needing cutting aren't real big so I'll bust them into manageable sections and throw them in the fire after I get a good bed of coals going....Maybe next week I'll work on that boat....or not....

Dee, the story about your Mom burning the ditch pipe along with the leaves gave me a chuckle...made me think of adventures with Katie

I did save the plumbing bill. The water company waits 60 days to make sure your water consumption returns to normal, then they will do a courtesy adjustment to your account. Sounds like I will have to pay for the water up front, then have a refund posted to the account after said 60 days. I notified them before and after the repair. I'll get my water bill next week, I'm curious to see how much it is. Plumber said it looked like about .5 gallons per minute.

Yeah....Life looks good.....you can keep that squash though....

Zeus spare glass....Nobody has it....Element got it last night....Sold out this am....Yay!!! Given everything that's involved between the Zeus and Hellbeast I ordered another Beast...That glass is unobtainum as well but I've got 5 spares on the way from 101....They had 25% off juice so I threw some bottles in....Element is sending another Odin Mini and Hellbeast in gunmetal so it can be identified next to the all black one...The Zeus works well and I'll keep it in rotation on the Aegis but they're both kinda chunky...If that glass breaks though.....and it's a dang aquarium....No spare!!! Zeus has a new model with the mesh sheet coil that you build....Spring loaded ceramic under the coil to keep the cotton in contact....I had thee Wotofo squonk that had a similar design and that worked and was easy to put together...The Zeus replacement sheets come in a 2 pack with wicks like the Wotofo shoelace wicks....I like plenty of spares so a 2 pack is a little smallish for me...It's new and unknown so I'll let others lead the charge on that....
