DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!
Ok, the drip tip sold me on dripping, no doubt. I chain vape, when not at work, and have found dripping works for me (lots less work and mess than topping off cartridges).
However, I drive a two hour roundtrip commute a day to work, and almost 90 percent of my commute is through wide open range-with free roaming longhorn cattle, very winding roads, small bridges over creeks, zigzagging cliff side roads with sharp drop offs, lots of deer, coyote, armadillos, and longhorn cattle to "dodge" daily. And sometimes I do this commute when it aint daylight.
I need to find some system that would be convenient and last me a whole hour. Do you think cartomizers would work? I have never tried them. I have already tried the mega cartridge and mega atomizer on my eGo, but that still doesnt last me, as much as I chronic vape.
Thanks yall for any suggestions!

cartomizers would work for that. I like to get them pre-filled and then re-fill them with my own juice in the evening so they'll be ready for the next day. The problem is that the flavors they come in are just weird tasting until I get around to re-filling them. Of course you can get them blank (no juice) if you like too, I tried that but it seemed like the juice never seemed to really soak in like the pre-filled ones though.

I have a Tougher Mr. Puffer that holds 3ml of juice. That, combined with the long life batt, lasts me for hours of heavy vaping.
Less filling more vaping, lol
Otherwise, just have several mega cart/mega atty/eGo's sitn right beside you ready to go. Just grab a fresh one when one gets low.

I have a block of foam with holes cut in it sitting in a Pelican 1120 case on the passengers seat. PV's just waitn for their turn. I drove all the way to SoCal and back with this set-up and it worked perfectly...I was even using 510's and DSE905 at the time. When I got to where I was stopping for the night, I laid the pvs down, closed the lid, and off we went to our chosen home-away-from home to reload for the next days/nights drive.

Keep your eyes on the road. Vape On!!!!

Try using a blunt syringe between the filler and the carto wall. Just plunge it in slowly in three or four places.

Works like charm.

Cartomizers work great for me, I am not sure if they would last for several hours if you are seriously vaping. They might. I definitely think a wetbox might be the ticket. I have both the kr808 with cartomizers for trying out different flavors and my wetbox w/501 cartomizer filled with my favorite. The battery lasts for more then a day, actually several days in my case. The juice is 3ml ready to be added with a squeeze, even in the dark, heck even blindfolded. You would have to suck the juice out of the bottle I think to blow through it in less then a few hours.

My commute is about 1 hour each way and I just have about 6 egos ready to go and switch them out. I also don't have a problem dripping while driving as long as I use a sharp pointed bottle like from Tasty Vapor. I can do it without looking if all the egos run dry before I reach my destination.

I tailpipe at high voltage, and this is the best solution I've come up with so far:

    http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/quasimod/700-simple-epump-mod.html

I drive all day long, and using this I can keep constant control of the wheel, and my eyes never leave the road. No need to watch it to count drops, and you can feel when the nozzle is in the atty. It just takes a few seconds. I just carry the "inner bottle" in my shirt pocket.

It may not work well with the type of drip tip that has a small opening, though.
