Well my chocolate story is I'm the anti-chocolate! I love all things vanilla. So in giving an honest opinion, I've vaped dozens of vanilla e-liquids and your Patchouli Vanilla is the best!! I just opened the mail a minute ago and straight into my 1.25 ohm coil it went. The vapor is outstanding 30/70 ratio, the vanilla is full bodied meaning, it's like real vanilla where it stays in your taste buds for a moment and lasts. Doesn't come on strong, just says "hi there, it's me again, your best friend" lol it's awesome!
Thanks for the prize as well, I do love coffee and can't wait to try this. I've only found one coffee that I like and it is no more. So I'm excited to get something again that has such a wonderful vape as yours, Thank you.

Really glad you're a Patchouli Vanilla fan :) We spent as much time honing down the mild vanilla as we did for that exact reason. This is fair warning for everyone posting for today's flavor!

not an entry
I happen to LOVE chocolate however since I started vapeing I have tried at least 12 different chocolates vape...most that came highly recommended...all I get is a musty taste. I think my tastebuds just can not taste chocolate vapes for whatever the reason. My daughter on the other hand has loved most of them when I passed them along and can get all the yummy flavors described to me...so it is just me :)...maybe someday I will try chocolate vapes again but for now I keep to the yummy flavors I have found

It really is a balancing act to have the right amount of sweetness, without too much cocoa essence. Cocoa extract is VERY bitter and will overpower almost anything it comes into contact with.

I think I may need to join CAA ( chocolate addicts anonymous ), I have a major addiction to chocolate, I put Hershey powder in my coffee and on my ice cream,I love chocolate chip pancakes and cookies, chocolate covered bacon is the bomb ,I cant hardly go thru the checkout at Wallie world with out a reese's cup ( don't get me started on my peanut butter addiction ). If its covered in chocolate I bet I would eat it.
I have even had chocolate covered grasshoppers ( in my defense I was asked if I wanted a piece of chocolate by a foreign student while I was I college and they thought it would be funny to not tell me about the grasshoppers ) and they weren't to.. bad.

If you ask me almost anything is edible as long as it is dipped in chocolate, especially dark chocolate, the darker the better.

Dang, now I think I'm gonna need to go make me a mocha coffee , its to early for me to be up on a Saturday when I actually have the weekend off for a change.

Friends don't let friends eat milk chocolate :)

Isn't chocolate one of the basic food groups? :toast:

It's at the top of the pyramid!

O.K. I've had Nude Nicotines Chocolate and it's delicious and burns clean-doesn't gunk up my coils like other chocolates! Don't tell anyone, but I like it better than Ahlusion's Chocolate Cream and AIV's B+W Cookie.

Here's my chocalate story-everytime I would go to the drugstore to buy my smokes I had to pick up some Reese's cups. I'm buying a lot less Reese's now since I'm vaping. I love chocolate!

I can't agree with you more. Now that I've put an end to trips to the gas station/convenience store for cigarettes, I've cut back on sweets and soda I'd usually buy while I was there. The secondary perks of vaping :)

Next up is one for the cholocate-'haters' - Patchouli Vanilla:

» Patchouli Vanilla

I'm really glad 'element77' chimed in here earlier about our Patchouli Vanilla flavor. Here's what he had to say in case you missed it:

I've vaped dozens of vanilla e-liquids and your Patchouli Vanilla is the best!!

This extract encompasses a true Patchouli Vanilla, in that we have separately extracted both the vanilla and patchouli essence, later recombining them for construction of the final flavor. I've tasted many vanillas in my time on this earth, but none touches on how rounded of a flavor you can achieve with exacting amounts of patchouli.

I want to open this one up to the chocolate hater's too! Why do you absolutely DESPISE chocolate? I have never asked this and I frankly want to dive into a pool of melted 80% dark chocolate RIGHT NOW, but have never understood some people's distaste for anything chocolate.

What do you have to say?

Patchouli Vanilla, GO!

Far out, man! I haven't thought about patchouli in years! I was lucky enough to experience the hippie days (although I was really young LOL), and used to wear patchouli oil every day. It was my signature fragrance, but sometimes I used way too much and people used to tell me they could smell me coming all the way down the hall at school  I bet patchouli and vanilla would smell SO good, and would definitely bring back a lot of great memories. Peace and love to all :2cool:

AWESOME, I cant wait to vape your ."OMFG it's chocolate", while drinking a mocha coffee, while eating a hershey's special dark candy bar, sounds like a chocolate lovers idea of heaven on earth.

If I die from to much chocolate I'm sure I will have a smile on my face

I have been searching for a TRUE Vanilla flavor since I started vaping 3 yrs. ago... there's even a thread here devoted to the quest, since other people are having the same problem!! I bought some ethyl vanillin powder, thinking I could make my own... and I've even considered soaking a vanilla bean in some VG... LOL!!

And even though I love a good floral vape... as Smokachino said, Patchouli reminds me of the 60's, although the stuff they have today that is called Patchouli doesn't even come close!!

But I would just LOVE to give your Patchouli Vanilla a try, and see how it measures up to my discerning taste buds... :D

patchouli vanilla sounds wonderful,.... as a relatively new vaper I have been searching for floral vapes and have just arranged a trade of some of my Amber butter solid perfume for a DIYers Amber Dragon vape....Pactchouli for me brings up memories of summer break when I was in high school....adding iodine to mineral oil to tan with was all the rage but because I hated the smell I added a bottle of Patchouli oil to improve the scent....That whole summer I was known as Patchouli girl because the scent sunk in and no matter what I did it staid with me.....Now I am known for my amber butter as it also permeates...LOL

Here's a funny Vanilla story (well, to me anyway).

We have a Baskin Robbins near our house that we go to a couple of times per month to get ice cream. They have all these flavors and my 8 year old son always gets Vanilla. Now, I like Vanilla too, but my 8 year old is crazy about it. Never gets anything else.

Vanilla... Mmm, love me some vanilla :) when I was little, mom used to make these little pecan pie cup cookies, and last step was to put a few drops if vanilla extract on top. She always made me wait to eat them because the alcohol needed to evaporate. Being little, i thought you might be able to get drunk off the little bitty taste of vanilla extract. Go Vanilla!

Yes, I'm an Insidious Raccoon.

I make my own potpourri its awesome, and vanilla was the first flavor i ever vaped......i wasnt impressed and ive been scared to try a vanilla flavor ever since.

We'll have to change your mind about that! Was the version you had too floral or overpowering?

Where is this thread? Let's get some 'Patchouli Vanilla' review in there! I'm happy to share as much of our vanilla chemistry as I can as well.

I absolutely love the smell of vanilla. It's so warm and inviting...and it tastes awesome too! And patchouli always makes me think of my happily misspent youth, even though I was born a few decades too late to be a real hippy.

It's okay, we can always look to our parents for dated cologne, bell-bottoms, weird sunglasses, and indifferent attitudes :)

Winner of our Patchouli Vanilla flavor is post #250, 'spacekitty.' Congratulations!

Soaking a vanilla bean in combination with the ethyl vanillin is starting down the right path :) I would recommended mincing the vanilla bean for more surface area contact in your soak. Other item to consider is there really is no sweetness associated with raw vanilla :(

Second to last on our menu of savory flavors is Pumpkin Pie:

Pumpkin-Pie-300x300.jpg

» Pumpkin Pie

We started with raw pumpkin extract and focused on the tannin portion of our pumpkin essence, while leaving the sweetness to our cream and caramel extracts. Hints of cinnamon and spice round out the flavor with making the eliquid excessively sweet.

LOVE LOVE LOVE pumpkin pie. it's what I look forward to on Thanksgiving every year. And the best part for me is the crust. It's a perfect pie crust, not too moist, or not too flaky, that can make or break a perfect pie. My mom always made crusts from scratch and I try to emulate it every time I attempt to bake a pie.

Unfortunately I am no baker, so I can only try to make the perfect pie :( Who here is a veteran baker? We had some great ideas come up during the Apple Pie flavor. What do you have to share for Pumpkin Pie?

Me too. It's funny, I never eat Pumpkin Pie any other time of year (well, we have it for Christmas too) and don't really like anything else pumpkin related (pumpkin seeds, pumpkin muffins, etc.), but I love Pumpkin Pie. When I had my first Thanksgiving with my wife, she was all ready to make and apple pie for dessert. It was almost the end of the relationship. Apple Pie for dessert on Thanksgiving? I put a quick stop to that.
