How could any state ban a product being used by the President of the United States?

No doubt, I heard it on C-span radio, it definitely caught my attention, the topic was the Presidents annual physical results. Someone in the press pool raised the issue of whether O had quit smoking. It was funny how they danced the issue for a few minutes before finally coming up with the gum. Believe me I was laying and waiting, if there was ever a time for e-cigs to make a splash that would have been it. Nope the gum.
