We have 4 Engine Nanos that came in last week from fast tech. All had the correct post hole configuration. All have worked well. Best build I have put in them has been a 5 wrap 3mm ID coil made from the AVS 3 core 30 gauge SS316 fused clapton wire that comes on a spool. Bulkier coils were a bit warm for us and had us dialing the TC down and you know what that means, spitback. I find it will flood a little if I just rest the wick ends on the juice holes, even with a little tucked in. I do comb and sometimes trim the width of my wicks but I place the fluffed wick ends into the juice hole completely. Very short and not enough to poke through the hole but completely in the hole. That is what's working for me anyway.

I get occ spitback after filling. Just started using 2nd Nano last night, silver. Actually like it better, airflow ring not nearly as tight as black one. Like the silver better looks wise, too. Have AVS alien in silver & AVS 4 core fused clapton in black. Love both. Going to order Wotofo Serpent SMM as well. Seems single coil rtas keeps me in a very happy vape place. Only took me 3 1/2 years to figure it out!

I don't remember on the nano since I'm not using it right now but the regular engine tank will spitback if I overfill it until I use it for a while.

That might've been the case with me. It's vaping normally now. This is one of the things I do not like about this tank. It's cool that the filling port is incorporated in such a way that removing the top isn't necessary but that makes it difficult for me to tell when the tank is completely filled or overfilled.

I have only rebuilt my engine dual a couple times and a couple of the screws are bad already. I wanted to see if I could order a better quality of screw but don't know the size.

I've been told the full size Engine dual (not the dual mini) uses M2.5X3 screws. I haven't ordered any yet, but like you, I do find the screws easy to strip if you're not careful (and even then it can happen).

Hi ricks,
Can you show photos on your coil positioning in your OBS Engine Nano.
If you don't mind, I wish to see it from the top, front and side views.
I believe my problem with this tank is coil positioning, I just could not place it the right way and keep getting dry hits.
