Nano chimney is press fitted. I just rinse with hot water, put in us cleaner with drop of dawn for 2 cycles, then one cycle plain water. Then I squirt alcohol in it or it takes forever to dry. I don't remove glass.

Bought usc specifically for tanks. Can get them all done in a few cycles.Great use for an ultrasonic cleaner besides juice making. Most of the time I just hand wash everything, and now that I finally bought a tiny, yet quite air compressor, I can blow dry the parts, sans tiny washers!
I buy my juice. It's a good price for the size I guess. I pay anywhere from $15-$23 CDN for a 120ml bottle. I go through around 1 bottle a week. Cigarettes are like $15 a pk. I smoked a pack a day. So im saving so much anyways. When I get the time I'll try DIY juice. Maybe sometime this winter.I used to go through about 10mls.
It holds 5mls of liquid FYI.
I don't really measure how much it can take, but I feel the most it can go is 4ml. May be it is because I never fill it horizontally nor let the juice go beyond the JFC...
I believe if you hold your nano vertically (or slightly slant) and fill it that way, you may fill up to 4ml or approaching 4ml.I washed mine last night and plan on building them today or tomorrow. I'll use a syringe this time and see what they hold.

How about you fill the tank horizontally, with the JFC facing up?I used a 10ml syringe and pulled 6mls of liquid into it and left the tank vertical on the mod.
5.3mls my ...., it's a solid 4ml tank filled to the edge of the fill hole.
But it vapes like a friggin champ.
I get more than 5ml in mine. Tilt it a little and fill it up.I don't really measure how much it can take, but I feel the most it can go is 4ml. May be it is because I never fill it horizontally nor let the juice go beyond the JFC...
I fill them all the way up. I fill it up to the fill hole then turn it sideways and fill it the rest of the way quickly. Then close it as fast as possible to avoid the liquid getting in the air chamber. If done quickly it won't get into the air chamber.
Yeah... tried that (cuz I'm lazy) and I just wasn't fast enough (probably cuz I'm lazy). I'm lazy, easier for me to fill more often.I fill them all the way up. It's not complicated at all. Simply speed up the filling when it's sideways and close fast, Place bottle on table and close tank. No problem and it is FULL. It's just one good squeeze of the bottle to top it off at the end. That sounds too challenging to me... (the quick part)
Let's hope next version will have longer glass tank or even a 26mm tank.
Come to think about it again, the way you fill the tank make things a bit complicated and it also forfeits the ease of filling mechanism provided by this tank.
I guess...Easy for you ricks.
