Maybe its just me, but my belief is the Odin was really not meant to be ran as a single coil atty unless you are vaping in the .2-.4Ω range. I have both of mine set up dual coil with 27g wire. one is 7 wrap .4Ω and the other is 9 wrap .6Ω and they both vape exceptionally well. I use a 50/50 blend on my liquid with RxW and have had no leaking problems at all. I can understand because it has the tab in it to make it capable of running single coil, but needs really low subΩ to shine. I would also agree with everyone you need to run a more predominant VG base in the atty as well if you are looking for any type of decent vapor. PG is just not capable of delivering what VG can. As stated earlier or it could've even been in another thread, it also helps with leaking if you don't lay your device on its side. REO's weren't made to be used laying down...

At the rate I seem to be going 2 would only make it a couple more months. #14 18490 Cocobolo Woodvil gets shipped next Saturday. Plus I need many atty and drip tip holes. I might just get a display stand for the drip tips

One of mine is a custom made size just for REO's (10 bay). If you need a bigger one he will make you what ever you want. I saw you grab MoN Cocobolo. It is the brother to the one I have and I love it.

Yeah Dallas! :) (Rattler...you must keep the faith!) lol

Well, wound up with 1.0 ohms. Way too airy and leaking like a sieve so I shut off the air holes by about 90% and now its vaping just like my RM2 but still airyer. Will fewer wraps than 8 on my 28G give me lower ohms?

Angi....good to see you struggling too (misery loves company) :)

Hehehehee....but I'm not struggling. It's vaping awesome. I just struggle counting wraps for some reason LOLOLOLOLOL. I used 30g this time, hit .8 and it's cranking out the vapor, TH and flavor real nicely. Keep at it, you'll get it!!!

I've had my Odin for a while but wasn't able to build on it until this afternoon and holy camolie! I didn't know that I would like a straight to lung atty but the Odin has convinced me that turning Bi is the way to go lol! I am now officially a Bi-Vaper. :D I had been wanting to try a straight to lung atty but didn't want to drill out any of my current atties because I'm actually very happy with them. I enjoy a tight draw. Now I enjoy an airy draw. My choices in atties has just greatly expanded.

I copied Rattlers build that he shared on his Odin this afternoon. I used 28g kanthal, six wraps on a 16g luer needle that gave me a.53 ohm finished build, titled the coils and screwed in some RxW and opened the AFC all the way. Wow, this was my first experience with tons of vapor and I was/am super pleased! I had not experienced vapor like this until now! The flavor is probably just a notch beneath my RM2 and Cyclone but still very good as far as flavor goes. I'm not the best judge in vaping flavor anyway, I have issues with dry mouth caused by something other than vaping so my sense of taste goes wonky quite often.

There is one thing that makes me a bit nervous. I like to close the AFC all the way when I'm not using it because my Reo goes into my front pants pocket when I'm not vaping. I figure this will prevent any possible leakage while in my pocket. Turning it to close the AFC makes me worry that I may be putting to much stress on my Reo's threading because the Odin cap fits so tightly. Other than that I have nothing but praise for the Odin.

This vaper is very pleased about the decision to try the Odin and will buy another when I can.

Very simple solution, pull off the cap instead of twisting

Is anybody else having problems with the Odin not being able to tighten down on Wires? I am using dual 28G Coils. One of the Odins works perfect, the other will not keep the .5 OHM build. I tighten the screws down but it stays at .8 OHMs. When I build it, it is the correct OHMs, 30 mins later it is bad. No matter how times I rebuild it. My other Odin is perfect.
