unfortunately i do not have a spare o-ring to use. I will look for one tomorrow. Thanks for the picture, very much appreciated. O-ring between locking nut and base then, screw locking nut against o-ring and base.

ok I know I asked this question before but I just have to add another question. If the R wire is longer does that mean the ohm goes up or down? in other words...
long R wire= 3.5ohm+
short R wire= 1.5ohm+
I just made 4 coils and all 4 read between 3.5ohm and freaking 4ohm and idk what I am doing wrong.

Yes, longer resistance wire = higher ohms. Try using half as much R wire as you did for those coils. It may not look like it's long enough, but trust me 2 or 3 wraps is all you need 
My very first Ody coil was just barely 2 full wraps (and ugly to boot) and it vaped awesome, was roughly around 1.5 ohms (I forget exactly what it metered at)

Which brings up a second question. Where to buy R and NR wire in bulks? also I want good wire not the wire that I heard from that is unhealthy or whatever the best wire money can buy where would the place for that be? Also of course the wig where would I be able to buy that?

.999 silver 30 gauge for no res and kanthal for the res.. gauge on teh res wire depends on what ohms your shooting for
Hey everyone. I'm new to posting here but I've been reading for a long time. Just wanted to say I got my Odysseus today from the Classifieds and I can't believe how amazing this thing is! I know, not news to most but my god, I'm just so happy. This is my favorite thing! I can't imagine what it takes to make such a beautiful and clever piece of machinery! The GG line has completely blown me away!

Having dropped my Ody in big mode and snapping the clear window in two today, I'm giving the UFS with Ody a try out.
It is working very nicely, I would say the UFS works better with the Ody than with a standard atomizer. Its been a pleasantly excellent vape.
A couple things to note, other than the o rings:
1: I used both large and small ground rings to raise the mouthpiece up higher.
2: The Ody sits a little off center with the mouthpiece snugged, loosen the mouthpiece to get the cap started, then tighten it again before using.
3: The liquid control can be adjusted to wide open with out any leakage at all.

Please help my bros, I flamed ceramic 3 times very thru and thru and am still getting soapy taste, it's giving me headaches =/

Oh I just heard that there are specific materials that people use but are not healthy as you inhale some stuff but again it's just something I heard. In other words there are materials that you can use for the wire but it's not recommended as they release "something" when heated.
Again though it's me the newb saying.
@Mac hope someone can help this guy I have the soapy taste too even though I cleaned it a trillion times.

What are you using to "flame it" with? There's a wide variance in heat produced from different devices, is it getting hot enough to turn red? Since its ceramic it can take most any temperature heat you can put on it, don't hesitate to use a propane hand torch on it.
I assume you have it removed from the metal holder when you "flame it"?

what do you mean by metal holder poppa? do you mean the housing around the ceramic cup? if so I wonder how one go about taking it out it seems to me like it's one single unit. Knowing imeo though you probably can screw it out of there somehow haha.
Looking down the top of the ceramic you'll see the metal piece has a slot in it. Just hold the bottom post and unscrew it with a screwdriver. Then slide the ceramic up off of the housing.
Small slotted nut inside the ceramic that holds the entire housing, along with ceramic to the connector post.
Turn the nut counter clockwise with screwdriver to remove post, then remove the housing so you only have the ceramic piece in hand.
Hold ceramic piece in flame by whatever means and heat it very hot to remove and burn off the offending essence/taste.
Wash thoroughly and reassemble.
Vape away

hey guys,
just got my upgrade kit. Assembled it with a 510 cisco. Now I'm not sure how to use it. Do I have to screw the mouthpiece up and down to feed and stop feeding? To feed the atomizer it seems I have to screw it all the way up, which floods the atomizer and if I keep it that way it starts leaking from the bottom.

Make sure you have the inner o ring and compression ring installed in the mouthpiece, the top of the atty should be sealed from the base.
