I've found, for me, it's easiest to use short mode and the juice will last almost two full days of some heavy, though not constant vaping. After this time I just trash the coil and wick and rebuild from scratch. There is nothing quite like a new coil and wick for flavor and vapor. That's probably not in disagreement with anyone. I make up several dozen coils at one time, typically making 1.5-2.0 oHm coils for 3.7v vaping in SSGGTS and another set at say 3.0-4.5 range for 6.0-6.4v vaping. I typically use .20mm or .16mm wire and have been using two strands of the new COV wick. I cut the wick right where the ceramic ends so right around 2" of wick used per coil.
Again, for me, this is more than reasonable the way I make and dispose of my coils. Life's far too short for me, at least, to try to "recycle" a coil and wick. Ride'm hard for two days, toss, remake, then ride that baby hard for another two days, then just keep repeating.
