Credit for this construction belongs to urq. He first posted his Ody with pins on GG forum. I saw some disadvantages at the first time but then I desided that it was a very good thought. But when I made it I found that its not what I would like to offer to my customers. I am totally sure that many people would like urq's idea, but its just not my style for the reasons that I said on the video

I was wondering the same kw. But after some more thought I found that nothing is perfect because you can always make it better. But I really cant see any way to improve this new one that I am making

As far asI know Imeo all life changing inventions have been conceived on the toilet bowl, the crapper, the out house. Moral of this story - you just need a decent toilet with a desk in front of you and you"ll figure it out pal

Ok guys and gals,
I have received the UFS extension so I can use Ody inside UFS, and now the tank is so tall that my mouthpiece only protrudes out about 9-10 MMs. Its even shorter than a shorty drip tip. What am I doing wrong?

Hmm can you shoot a pic of your setup? I've used my drip mode ody in UFS a few times and the mouthpiece was plenty long enough.

Heat the wick under blue flame for 20 sec. Do the same for the resistance wire with a lighter or butane tourch-till it gets red. burns off all the coating, my flavor got so much better after doing that.

Also you can try using a small diameter screw and wrap your coil around it. Make sure it looks good and even and Unscrew it slowly and insert your wick - gives you the perfect spooled coil -

COV gets wick frequently but also sells out fast. I woul just try to get on the notification list. If you get in a pinch let me know. I don't have a lot but I have a bit I could spare.

When i use the ody with the adapter specifically made to connect to the ggts and screw the entire thing together, it leaves only a very small part of the mouthpiece left.

Is this normal or do I have something put together wrong?

I have it like that and works just the same and its probably the best way cause it makes the oring tight so no leaks, btw i wanted to ask but didnt want to make a new thread does it holds more liquid when you use the ggts base ? Cause either my eyes playing tricks or ???

Yes it does. And it's normal for the mouthpiece to go further inside as the repairdable part goes further inside in the GGTS base than on the 510 base.

I've been using the ody large mode. And it constantly leaks out of the bottom. I've tried everything. Once the tank gets about half way. It just gurgles. I have to close it. Vape till no juice then open it up a little bit and I only get about two or three hits before it starts to gurgle again. Everything is tight. I USd to think it was the bottom nut on the rebuildable piece getting loose. But the last two times I checked and it had stayed nice and tight. Only way I can get it to go for a little while is cleaning it out. And refilling. Every time. And then again. It'd only good till about half way. Then gurgling. Any thoughts would help.

If the ambient temps get too hot, the air inside the tank will expand and the increase in pressure creates flooding. This is probably why it doesn't occur until the tank is half empty. Try putting a food grade o ring or delrin washer between the ring nut and the juice control to create a better seal.

id understand that if the ambient temps were changing, i thought maybe when i was carrrying it around this was it, but i have kept it in my house for 24 hours, with the ac on, so there has not been a temperature change.

That's weird. I've been running the Ody big mode for a few days now with out issue. What an awesome vape BTW.
Hope you find a solution.

Yes something is definetly amiss. I have an Ody in full mode for 2 months and not a drop of leak. I would break it down and rebuild w proper vaseline and try the Oring trick.
