how did housing bend ana? Thats very difficult to be done. How exactly you did it?

I was trying to change out the ceramic, and the ceramic would NOT budge. It was first time I ever saw this. It was fused, like if it was glued. The ceramic had a crack on it when I got it, so I decided to put a new one in. The pieces would not come out. I had to carefully chisel out most of it. The hardest part was on the bottom part, when I finally got the bottom piece off, I looked and the bottom was bent at that thin part near the hole for the center pin. It still works, but it whistles because now air flows where it should not.

I hope I explained it well enough. Its that area on the bottom of ceramic housing near the hole where the channel meets. I will see if I can photograph it for you. Im finishing off a tank.

I know what you mean but you could insert a screwdriver to push the ceramic. Maybe you put a fat one and bend the base by pushing it too hard on the table?

I tried a screw driver, I tried using my surgical hemostats, The ceramic was really stuck , even though it was already cracked. It seemed like it was fused with really high temp heat? Or glued. I dont think anyone would have glued it. The bits and pieces I chiseled off were stuck to the side of the holder. IT was very odd. Im sure I bent it in my struggle to get the pieces of ceramic off. The bottom pieces were the hardest because of the corners. I dont believe it was any flaw in the part, it was me desperate to get get the slivers of ceramic out. I am sort of a perfectionist and what the Penny to be perfect like it was when I got it.

I think I have the ceramic holder problem solved, someone contacted me with a possible part. I will update soon. I love the Penny and my Odys. I just want to make sure I have enough of the bits and pieces so that I can enjoy them for the rest of my days. There are many great atomizers, including your updated models, but I like the simplicity and build of your Old ones. Perfect for my simple needs.

No center posts? nuts, housings? Needless to say, Im disappointed as Im sure others that have posted that needed those items also.

Your not the only one disappointed Ana, because there is no Ody mouthpiece being made I'm having to buy more bits from ithaka parts in order to make a Ody which is costing me more just coz of the mouthpiece.

Imeo. Will you be making Ody mouthpieces by any chance, if not any chance in doing a final last run of Ody's. There's so many of us that really want Ody back, maybe you can do a pre order for it for anyone who wants Ody?

I got rid of most of my Ithaka parts except the mouthpiece for drip tips and the clear windows and one of winged pieces. I did not like the top caps, caused flooding unless I was really really careful, and I think the original caps made the Odysseus look so much more unique. I was also tired of people thinking It was an Ithaka. Not that its a bad thing, but Im proud of using an old Odysseus.

I also like the Odysseus extension pieces better than the standard ss tank. I would love for those pieces to be made again.

I agree Raj. I remember imeo saying the telescopic mouthpiece replaced the oddy mouthpiece and that he would not be making any more. To bad, its my personal favorite.

well the telescopic mouthpiece in short mode might be better. have you tried it? it has a narrower neck so i would assume it increases the flavor.

I made a lot of Ody parts guys but they are not available yet, they are on the machines. The only part that I didnt make is the mouthpiece because telescopic one for Ithaka works on Ody

The reason I didn't get ithaka telescopic mouthpiece was because I wanted to make 2-3 Ody's from the parts, telescopic mouthpiece is over €30x3=€90 so adding that to the total price is too high for me. Just spent a lot recently on Footoon's Hades mod 26650 , Poldiac, and Prometey. Not to mention countless juices.....aiya yahhh 8-o8-o This is getting way out of hand

I bought Ody parts along with ithaka normal mouthpiece along with both caps. Just need to get ithaka top body

Hi Imeo. Will the 510 base you are making now going to be the same size as the original or the new bigger size. I hope it's the original size otherwise a lot of us are going to be dissapointed

what do you mean by new style raj? If I remember well, all bases were the same size

I think he means that last run of Odysseus bases that I got and Raj got that were longer and had problems with the center pins not being long enough? You said that you had changed them and they were not compatible with the center pins. He and I had them and cant use them.
