Very strange indeed. Does every tank you fill consistently leak, or does it just happen every once in a while? Are you using a really thin PG juice? Are you missing any o-rings? Maybe you can post pics of your ceramic assembly (out of the base with no coil), ceramic assembly installed in base with coil, and a pic of the bottom of the base so we can see how the bottom most o-ring on the center pin is situated against the inside of the base.

I'm determined to help you get your leaking issues resolved, this is what the forum is all about for me!

Its just me.. When i refill. I put in the top cap, then the O-ring, then the nut... AND then while the nut is half done in, I flip my Ody upside down and tighted the nut completely and then open up my juice control to let the "Compressed air" out.

I do this because personally think (My 2 cents), When i flip over, the juice flows towards to top cap and wells up. thus letting the "compressed air" (due to the screwing in of the nut) release through the channels.

Not too sure if its of any use.. lol but i do it with no flooding problems so far..

The correct solution Madshock.
When turning the Odie "upside down" you do not give juice intake pressure in the channels.

Great tip, you can hear the pressure release when you crack it open.

there is no easier rebuildable jag, be sure about that:)
Oh boy, reading these posts makes me wonder how the learning curve will be when I get my Ody or Penelope as they will be my first rebuildable attys. hope it's easy!

I can second this :) I've used a half dozen or so different rebuildables and only one of them was slightly easier, but it didn't perform nearly as well. The learning curve on Ody really isn't too bad and once you have done it a couple of times it's wicked easy ;-)

So guys I am a proud owner of an oddy drip mode :) I've had other rebuildables before, and this one is definitely quality. It adds a great weight to my pv, and feels very solid and well built. But I am having a small problem with vapor production. I just know I could get more vapor out of this thing. I figured since there is a plethora of knowledge here, could some kind soul point me in the right direction :D?

If you're using a mechanical mod, bump it up to 6v, trust me. As long as the coil has seen at least 5ml through it and the resistance is more than 1.5ohms, it'll vape great
