There are a lot of different methods. Polishing products like Flitz, Autosol, Mother's metal polish, Cape Cod Polishing Cloths, etc. For myself, I just use the Cape Cod cloths and then buff with a soft cloth afterward

"the beautiful mirror shine that some people prefer"

You mean the "dspin's Touch"? :)

I polish with loose canton flannel buffing wheels and white buffing compound, then I rinse the part out with soap and near boiling water, then I polish with micro fibre cloths that have swirl remover (baby powder works) for that last final polish. As long as you give the part a thorough washing out, polish on the mp isn't an issue.

Just got mine from there, 125gms of r and 125gms of nr, that works out to about 720 meters of r and 470 meters of nr....should keep me going for a while! lol

I checked them out. Did you order all that in 10 meter rolls or did you purchase larger rolls?

Thanks,

Chris

Thoroughly enjoying my Ody now! Great atty Imeo, looks great, feels like it will last forever and most important of all, it vapes excellently, massive plumes. I'm suprised how well it's able to wick. I'm using a dual wick setup using the new wick, 1 1/2 full turns on the flow control and I'm using the premade wire that's coming in at 1.7 Ohm, I'm able to turn the voltage up to 5V and not a dry hit, a little too strong for me but I had to try it! :) Thanks Imeo, I love my Ody, it was worth every cent, I've only had it for 2 days and I don't think I could ever get rid of it (unless you keep releasing new atties :)), I'm really looking forward to getting my Penelope now! Thanks again!

I just got some nickel no resistance wire, and ordering some silver wire now, want to try this out with some 32ga Kanthal at about 3 Ohms, I'm sure it's going to be able to handle it. :)

If you plan to make coils 2.5ohm or higher up to 4ohm I suggest you purchase 36g Kanthal A1 as this is much better for larger ohm coils... 32 gage is best used for 0.8ohm to 2.5ohm coils....
