Regarding clones. Yep - I have one - and I love it. I bought it knowing that I would get the real one - if and when I could. Whenever I can buy a REAL Odysseus - I will do so. I am also waiting to buy an Ithaka. It's a simple issue of supply and demand - I want the Crescent pliers but they are always sold out - so I will buy the Wal-Mart pliers - they will do the same job.
It's no different with most of the rba's out there - I have 3 AGA-T's - they are great - but I also have a Zen - and it is...well, it's a Zen - it's incredible and yes there is a difference.
Here - I looked at - I can't get a real Odysseus - I can get a clone. I did - and it works great - so, now - I want a real one even more.
You will HAVE my business WHEN I can get your products - it's really that simple. You HAVE a customer HERE - willing to buy, waiting to buy - cannot buy. I do understand about people stealing ideas and whatnot - this is nothing new. People that care - like myself - will WANT the original - the real one - but we have to be ABLE to purchase it.
Your supply does not equal your demand - you are a victim of your own success (and brilliance) - and therefore you have clones. My checkbook is, and has been, ready for when I can buy a REAL Odysseus and Ithaca and all the bells and whistles. Imeo - you are a brilliant man - but you MUST see that the issue is now yours. The demand is STAGGERING - I have a clone - it's great - but.....

Of course that is an issue but to be fair - Imeo always increases the number of produced items, but the demand increases even faster. The good thing is that you don't need an Odysseus apart from a collectors view - just get an Ithaka (which will be preorderable next week) and you have Odysseus++
you will see odys popping up in the classys over the next few weeks/months. with everyone getting their ithaka, some odys will be not seeing much use. i will keep mine because its built like a tank and its my favorite atty along with my ithaka. a buddy of mine bought a terminator because he couldnt afford an odysseus and i can say the craftsmanship is nothing compared to ody. i think what sets the ody aside from the copys is that its made with the highest quality metals, machined with precision, and when you buy a real one the money gets back to its creator imeo which in turn funds his next big creation. so if we dont want any future creations from imeo then we all should buy china knockoffs, but me personally i will spend 10 times the china prices on GG creations so imeo gets the money he deserves for all the time he spends thinking up these new and innovative inventions. so please if you can buy from the creator so we keep getting better and better stuff.
I love my 3 Odysseus, its the one for me and always will be. Ithaka is certainly a wonderful upgrade, but over the top for me. "IF it aint broke, dont fix it" is how I see it. Ody gives me the perfect experience and Im happy with a boring single coil , the air and juice feeding, yes outdated is perfect for my needs. I will continue to collect parts in case the future doesn't bring replacement parts.
I just hope Imeo produces parts for at least a while in the future.

i think i asked him about that and he said no more ody parts but all of ithakas parts will fit in ody so there is still hope. im with you on the fact that ody is my go to. even with ithaka i still vape ody everyday but i havent fine tuned ithaka yet. once i do i think it will be in my hand 12 hrs a day. i recently started doing bishops dual coil on ody and i love the results. i do a dual coil on my ody, penny, and ithaka and vape 6mg or less nic and i seriously have no complaints. fan i know you love your ody and im with you on getting as many parts for it as possible to keep it alive forever!!!
The ceramics are a must have, start picking them up, unless you know another source.
I agree w everything you said about the quality and differences between the real Ody and the Term. I have both. I bought an Ody RBA to put in Term, because the tolerances just weren't there.
However until there are GG products in stock, sitting at re sellers shops awaiting sale for more than a day or two, Imeo is not losing a dime, IMO.
These clones have brought people to GG that never would of considered paying these prices. These clones have helped fuel the GG frenzy. I know several people that have said "the clone was the only way I would of tried a GG style atty, and now I must have the real thing".
Yes they "stole" his products, but they also brought him many new customers that needed their minds changed before they would spend real $.
Just to let everybody know...
Ithaka's mouthpiece for drip tips fits Odysseus V2 with 27mm and 30mm clear windows from Kir Fanis.
It should also fit Odysseus V1 with at least 27mm clear tank.
Original SS tank is too small and you can't screw the top cap because of the stopper on Ithaka's mouthpiece.
On the pictures is setup with 30mm clear tank.
I've put the whole setup upside down for a half an hour and there were no leakages from the mouthpiece

hey gang, whenever i fill my ody with juice it leaks a few ml. out of the positive post at the bottom. i have the juice control shut and i fill it with a syringe by taking off the entire topcap (not just the air-control nut). i syringe the juice down the inside of the tank slowly and i screw the topcap down very slowly to decrease any pressure that might force the juice out.
also, i do this while the ody is not threaded on any device.
please, any advice would be great! i am sick of losing all my boba's bounty, especially when it appears AVE is having so many online issues. thanks!

easy solution patch my friend. Screw first the big cap, then put o-ring and then screw the small upper cap
