Should I add insult to injury and tell you that you and I are gonna be fightin' over the frapp like we do the capp? :p

It's really, really good!

It IS good, isn't it? All credit goes to Steve for that one. It was his idea, and his recipe. And it's my favorite coffee flavor so far. :p

I was looking at those and the reviews were saying that it takes a long time to turn pages. Might want to check that out. I was days on the net checking out everything I could find on different e-readers. If I hadn't been seeing that, I would probably have chosen the Nook.

I heard that too- but then in another review they said that an update fixed the lag to a great degree... but yeah, that's what kept the hubs from pulling the trigger on ordering it for me.

Still... I think I have to have one. They finally got demo units in my local B&N so I'm going to go see if it really is fixed.

If not, maybe I'll wait for the Borders one they announced (they're my favorite chain book store).

So many options, so much to obsess over :D

You're going to see a ton of orders from me for that one, I so love it. It's going to be a war between the cappuccino and the frappucino as far as my orders go. Can't WAIT until all the new juices clear customs. (I hope they do!)

You convinced me, and hubby said OK. Going to order it now, thanks. (for the diff of $40, I'm just getting a new one)

Great! Now we can compare our books. I think you can trade books with people, too? For 14 days or something like that if memory serves.

Birdy, that will be a GREAT reader if they've cleared that up, I really love the look of it.

I have had my Kindle a year come this January and still love it. I love not having to carry alot of books and large print. Waiting for the new Stephen King book to come out on kindle on Dec. 24. The kindle is one of the best presents that my hubby has got me.

I had to wait until after Christmas last year, because the kindle was sold out.
It was worth the wait.

I just found out that my wife bought me the Kindle for X-mas, should be here on Tuesday :D

You're going to love it Mark, but what are you doing "unwrapping" your present early?!? Naughty boy!!

BTW, I'm pretty sure there's Kindle software available for other phones than the iPhone, so anyone who wants the Kindle functionality without carrying an extra device should Google it.

I like mine a lot; it's nice to be able to add a book to the collection wherever I happen to be (provided there's cell-phone service). The only downside is that you can't organize the titles into folders-- they are listed alphabetically by author or by title. Strikes me as kinda stupid. I presume they'll fix that at some point, much as they fixed native PDF and portrait mode last month.

It can be used for some basic web-surfing, albeit slowly. I have, in the proverbial pinch, used it for Gmail and Google Reader.

Which SK book are you waiting for? I love reading his books.
It is his new book " Under The Dome." This book has been out in hardback since November 10. They would not release the E-book until Dec.24. This book is over a thousand pages. I do not want to carry around such a large book. I am waiting to get in on my Kindle.

Go to the Amazon site to find out information on this book.

The thing that I love about the Kindle it always saved your last page that you read. Never have to bookmark the page. I was around 70 books in my Kindle. Love my Kindle!:D
