Well you really have no clue so if YOU really need to swear at me all I got to say is keep your frigging mouth shut..........and mind your own business.

Mind my business? You posted this on a public forum. If you have a serious problem with Bruce, then keep it off the public board and pm him. Bruce has hundreds of other customers that are in the same boat as you are, you do not see them taking the public forum to rip him a new one. With comments like, "what a joke," you come off sounding like a petulant child not getting what you want.

I understand that patients are running low and tempers are getting high, I am new here and to GG, Loving them to bits, they have soul and heart in them, a rare thing these days in a mod. Anyway, I think its worth keeping chilled for a while longer. I am sure peeps will get there stuff asap and a week or two's wait is not worth peeps falling out about, when we look at what has been happening in the world.

Thanks Bruce, you always take care of all your customers, even the ones who didnt buy the GG from you - I have seen it time and time again over the yrs.

So Bruce, when are you going to be shipping the Peneys?

I have got stuff from e-smoke and COV, and have had excellent service from both, there are so many differentials with the shipping etc its just one of those things, what can take a two days getting from Imeo to e-smoke can take a week if not more to COV.

I agree S8, Bruce always takes care of everyone, seems a few forget that

As far as whats going on with Bruce & Imeo - thats between them. Business is business - Imeo isnt going to discuss business matters, holdups, etc nor Badmouth Bruce nor is Bruce going to discuss business matters with Imeo nor badmouth him

Come on guys - if I had a business arrangement with someone and they were telling it all over a forum - that would be the end of that person. NOW - WHErE IS THE MAJOR

Bruce had ALWAYS taken care of everyone - I have waited at different times like everyone else - you never see me doing this - ever

Edit : Problem is what should remain between two business partners doesn't seem to stay that way.

It should remain between Imeo and Bruce. What happens if it doesn't. People have money on the table and I can't blame them for being disappointed. Too far? Passion?

If someone "invests" money, they should be able to get an answer and I believe that's what happened here. They were only getting whispers from one side of a fence.

I feel like there is a right and a wrong way to go about bringing attention to dissatisfaction. To piss and moan and call people names is wrong. But that dissatisfaction has to be brought to light one way or another, right or wrong. Because if left unheard and unspoken then reasons (right or wrong) on why things are happening this way start to brew and thats when true feelings of anger and discontent start to seed themselves. Will I still order from COV? At this point yeah I will. Bruce has done enough good in our business together that I still feel loyalty to his company and can trust future transactions. I also trust that in the end this will be taken care of but there is something that needs to be fixed. I don't know what it is and I don't know all of the dealings on "the other side of the fence". But what ever is it needs to be fixed. That being said, I can't deny my considering whether or not dealing with COV in the future is beneficial for me as a customer. So now it's on me as I've voiced my opinion and made my decision. So if I order something from COV and things don't go quite right that is on me and I made my choice as a big boy. Because as an adult I chose to do business with that person based on previous transactions. I've made a couple little jokes trying to make light of the situation but at the same time still make it known that I'm not happy. It's hit the point that on the home stretch we're down to the wire and I want it to be perfectly clear where I stand. So that hopefully action is taken to make sure that we can continue our business relationship.

Well then, whoever is doing the whispering, should be taken to task for it. I dont know who it is - but telling others - other peoples business is really bad.


Will I continue to buy from COV - absolutely - without question, Would all the people that Bruce has helped in the 2 yrs he has had GG - I daresay they would.

I remember the vendor prior to Bruce - you couldnt get a GG no matter what and if you did - they had rules - no returns for any reason - even if it were marked or scratched - YES People - those were the rules of that vendor. How would you like that. Not me.

I remember when Vaporologist bought his first GGTS - I told him to buy new - but no, he bought used. It wasnt right, etc etc and who knows what the seller had done to it. I told him to pm Bruce. What did Bruce do?? told him to send it to him, he would fix with spare parts and send it back. Well Vaporlogist got it back allright - just like new and no charge.

THATS the Bruce I know.
