Says it can only go down to 0.3ohms. All my temp control builds are never that high. Why is it so high?
No temp guessing on this mod...

In the plastics world there are different "colors" of white. I am in the sign business and with LEDs ruling our world, the level of translucency really matters for even lighting. The 7328 white is the standard in our business. Let's light through, but you cannot see through it.
Slightly more translucent is 2447 that we call "milk white". It is slightly more translucent but when not lit it has a more gray color. Next up the translucency scale is 2067, which is what the white appears to be to me. It is rarely used for us because while it diffuses light very nicely, you can see too much through it. I am betting they are looking to move more towards 2447.

With 2067 white you will see the batteries through the polycarbonate.
Good Info!

Thanks

So let me get this straight. No temp control, made of plastic mostly, only 40w and its $200? When I can by a smaller sized iStick that does 40w and has temp control for only $19.95?

Yes.
And yet they will sell thousands of them, and buyers will be happy. MORE than happy.
It's a mystery you have to figure out.

AND just a FYI: The Radius maxes out at 9.5 Amps so a 0.30 Kanthal build permits the device to deliver a max of 27.075 Watts or a max 2.85 volts. It will certainly deliver the full 40 watts for a kanthal build of 0.50 OHMS. Of course, I'm assuming the use of the pre-installed Sammy and I can not provide real world in my grubby hands tests to confirm this but I will :) I promise :)

And when the 19 buck job vents in your pocket and obliterates your "good parts" the $180 will seem like nothing.

It's 2015 get over the venting thing. This is mostly made of plastic so when I run over my Radius or IStick with my car they both will break. But I will only be out $19 bucks instead of $200. I will stick with my Vaporshark S-body all metal and lighter.

Good for you then. Glad you've got a device you believe meets your need. No need to stick around here though as this isn't the device for you. I'm sure there's a thread for you out there.

Perhaps you don't realize...

ProVape pays for this Forum they have here.
It is their "Store".

So, basically... you are "at the Mall, in a store, griping about the products they sell"

See anything odd about that ?

well, seeing as you brought up the fact you are running over your vape with your car ... yeah, I would wait for the reviews of when people start tossing their Radius under the car
