That's why I've always held back on the Kabuki, I'm leery of pre-built coils because it seems like that no matter how good the tank is your flavor is going to be limited by the coils you are using.I think there may be a bit of a break in period for me. I kinda prefer the kayfun. For now. Not knocking my socks off but not disappointing me either.
Great pics!!! And I agree about the rounded edges. VERY much so. Feels wonderful in the hand.I am truly impressed with Provape Service. I wasn't supposed to get this for approximately 3 weeks. Definitely feels better in the hand than the VS DNA 200. If we are going to compare the size to Vaporshark, I would definitely put it closer to the VS 200 than rDNA, the rounded edges make all the difference.
D2 and iStick 30 are smaller versions of the same form factor. iStick feels cheap and plasticy in comparison, D2 is pretty solid but not as good a Vape. Also obviously not the same quality. So more comparison pics for you.

It's not all that difficult to build your own coil in about 3 minutes, and once you've built a good one it can easily last a month or two with a dry burn between wicks. I just wick it with new cotton every tank or two (which can be done in the same amount of time as it takes to change out a Nautilus coil) and I'm good to go. I use the best of flavor-chasers like Kayfun, Erlkoenigin, Taifun GT and Squape and I really always wondered if the Kabuki flavor would be on a par with those, or if it's just the convenience factor that makes the Kabuki so popular (although I'm willing to grant the fact that the Kabuki is the best of its kind).
Until someone can honestly tell me the Kabuki's flavor is better than the top rebuildable tanks out there I think I'll pass.
Great review RB! Pics look great also. Vape well my friend, vape well. So, I got home and tore into two boxes.
The Radius is a Pravari through and through. I too couldn't figger out how to remove the stupid plastic tag that simply says Pull on it. I also had to loosen the battery bottom, then pull. OK, my dumb moment for the day. Then I pulled the little USB cover off, too fast, and the teeny tiny little sucker went somewhere. I thought it landed on the floor, so for about ten minutes I looked like a mentally challenged person rubbing my hands all over the kitchen floor and the rug runner on top of the wood floor. I found it. And where was it? On the kitchen counter, which is granite with lot's of black in it. A teeny tiny little USB cover on granite with lot's of black makes the teeny tiny USB cover go back in the box for safe keeping or it will soon be forever lost.
Next up was the Kabuki. It has a truly solid and perfectly finished look. I cleaned it carefully and guessed at the air hole hex screw as to what would likely work best for me. Dried it carefully, primed the 1.6 ohm BVC it came with, used a wee bit of juice on the O-Ring (I had read that doing so makes it much easier to closer her up after filling her with juice), then closed her up and put her on the Radius.
Dinner was ready, so I just left her charging (an Apple Brick works great for wall charging, BTW), set the watts to my usual 10 watts, then we ate dinner (steamed squash and zuchini and chicken wings - Yummm).
I'm finally vaping on it. My first imressions are WOW on all fronts. It's a Provari through and through. It feels solid in my hands and the button works, well, just like a Provari should. The menu for anyone who owns a P3 is very similar, but simpler, so I don't even think I'll need to read the on-line manual.
And the Kabuki looks FANTASTIC on top. And the Kabuki vapes GREAT. Better than I imagined, to be honest. I started at 10 watts, but have pushed it all the way up to 11 watts and it's producing great tasting vapor and a lot of it too! Zen, you did a great job with Kabuki. I was hopeing to be able to use some of my own drip tips, but couldn't get any of them to fit, so the Delrin tip supplied with the Kabuki is it and that's OK. It works just fine. But I'm counting on you to find and make available Cabernet Red O-Rings and Drip Tips. OK?
This is my first ever box mod. I must admit I like the form factor. It's shorter than a P3 in 18490 mode, and fits my hand really nicely. Whether I'll ever use watts above 11 remains to be seen, but that wasn't my reason for getting it to begin with.
@Provape360 and @MonsterKenny, I can't thank you all enough for giving me the Radius. You've got an amazing WINNER on your hands and I hope you sell bazillions of them.
And now the requisite pictures (which I'll upload from Tapatalk) in a moment!![]()

Well put. I agree completely, too bad you can't test drive one.My expectation is kind of what Robino said and I'm pretty much in agreement with you. But for me it would not have to be 'better than the top rebuildable' just comparable. One of these days I hope to run across someone with one that I can try ... until then I just won't know if it's suited for me.
I've been lurking this thread, been so tempted to order the Radius, know you can't go wrong with provape for a quality product and think the Radius would be a good work mod for me, can't believe I am considering a $200 mod to use at work, where it might get bashed and scratched up, but if anything can stand up to it, it's a provari
I admit the price has held me back a bit, but more is will it last a shift for me without charging? I normally vape between 25 and 35 watts, so I am at the higher end of the power, I don't vape constantly at work, but I do vape throughout the day, I know no one can answer my question, has not been out long enough, just putting out my story so far.
I guess if it didn't work out for work, then could still be a good at home mod, do I press the buy button![]()

Well, if provape did the same as they did with the P3, the battery will cut out around 3.7-3.8V, which is equivalent to 50-60% charged batteries. At 25-35 watts, you will be expected to change the battery around 3 times through out the day. I was vaping the P3 at 16-18 watts and had to change an 18650 twice just to last me to 7pm, my days usually starts at 8:30am. Just make sure you have extra batteries and your good to go.
Love the color! Might have to ask Santa for a red one. Will probably have to give up a 2.5 to help Santa out. Willy-Z will be happy.[emoji4]Thanks gnees! The first three pics aren't as in-focus as I'd like, so here are three more, in better focus!

Oh boy. That looks mighty RED. Any chance your lighting is making this baby look brighter than it actually is? I ordered the Cabernet Red and now I have to wonder... is this TOO much? So, I got home and tore into two boxes.

I would open a ticket with ProVape about your P3 battery issues ... my P3 does not cut out as you describe.
