I especially like the minimum amp rating.
If your device doesn't pull at least 25A, it doesn't energize.

you are probably right about that. none of the shops that i know of here in houston even plan on carrying this. It makes me sad cause i would love to see one in person. Most all the shops cater to the cloud chasers. And there is nothing wrong with that. i just worry that with the fda all these cloud chasers have made things bad for the rest of us. They may end up with products that dont go as high as they want. Personally i dont see why anyone would even need 200 w. I vape all day every day and there is just no need in 200 for keeping me off the stinkies. to each their own. I am just glad provape made a box mod. i just wish they had done it sooner so i would have not wasted money on other boxes.

They have taken what could have been seen as an alternative to smoking to ridiculously annoying extremes that actually annoy the general public more than smokers! It's like those people that run around in those trucks especially modified to emit as much smog as possible, seemingly for the sole purpose of annoying people. It's only my opinion, but I bet if it weren't for the hobbyist faction, we wouldn't be worried about the FDA shutting us down.

I couldn't agree more. The first thing you see in that Vaping Twisted video review of the Radius is him blowing a huge cloud of smoke, demonstrating how cool he is. No wonder the FDA is going to shut vaping down - hard. The fact people are not smoking any more (me, a 40 year smoker) has become lost in the clouds.

Sorry, that damn video just made me mad.

I agree with you. they are the ones that brought all of this to the fore front. Oh well i just hope it all does not come to an end. I love to vape and i love with it has done for me. would hate to see it go.

With one or two exceptions the mainstream reviewers are becoming increasingly irrelevant to me. They all vape in exactly the same way, review the same tired parade of me too drippers and sub-ohm clearos and when confronted with anything that requires more than the minimum of technical knowledge pass the buck to Pbusardo.
A case in point, the new sweetheart mod is the Wismec Reuleaux DNA200. I want to know whether the mod comes correctly configured from the manufacturer with the case thermals and mod resistance values set. How do you configure your battery settings when using three 18650s as opposed to a LiPo? All I've got from the reviewers so far pretty much amounts to:

Vape 360 said earlier that TC is not reliable enough for them to take the risk on it, but hinted that they are working on something of their own design.

Price wise it's worth it, true accurate power at 800+MHz, best customer service in the mod side of the industry, better than military spec construction. Class 3 electronics.

My real world trials at my local B&M had everyone there wanting one. They all said it beat out there mods and we're talking kanger, eleaf, VS, IPV and sigeli. The only mods it didn't out perform power wise were the dual batt mods but the sentiment was that the vape was smoother on the radius.

Does this still hold true for the Radius cause I keep hearing it's made of plastic?

question for you 420 ... you were blowing some pretty nice clouds with the Radius in your vid ... is it mainly just the price that gets you?

Happy Friday Everyone!

We have the update page updated, for updates using the update software. Phew, that was a lot of update.

You can now download the Radius software and there is a new version available: Ver 18. This fixes a small issue that a few people have seen where the display won't turn on all the time when the button is pressed.

If you have any issues with the update software, please email: software@provape.com for assistance rather than posting on the forum, it will be easier to troubleshoot any issues directly and we can go back and forth faster to answer questions. Also note that you should install the software first before plugging your Radius into the PC's usb port to allow the drivers to be installed.

Anytime we release a new version of the programmer software, the old version won't work and you will just have to download the latest version to get updates. The program will instruct you to download the newest version when this happens.

Is there any chance of the update software, to ever be able to be used on older computers like Windows XP and Windows Vista? Just wondering if that is possible in a future update, I know I need a new computer, but I don't want to get one yet.

Thanks for the alerts info. You don't have to like it, it obviously doesn't fit your preferred vaping style, but calling people who do like it as being "drunk on the provanati kool-aid" makes me sad.

The polycarbonate provape uses is actually better than the polymer used in the glock. The feel is similar but the poly provape uses is stronger.
