One thing I get stuck on is available. I don't like being forced to buy "New and Improved." In my experience New and Improved is rarely improved. About two years ago I bought a Vamo, I think it was a V2. I liked it okay, but I already had a ProVari that I liked better. (I bought the Vamo to see what all the hoopla for VW was about.) I didn't use it very much, so I PIF'd it. But what would happen if I really liked it and after all this time it broke down? Where could I get another one? Whatever version of Vamo they are selling now, isn't the device I liked, so I'd have to stalk the classifieds and hopes one turned up.

Ocelot, may I ask a stupid question? What does "PIF'd" mean? Thank you.

I own Snap-On and Mac tools... I worked hard to own them and they have lasted my lifetime so far. My main toolbox was purchased new in 1980.
I own a power drill that I purchased in 1979, and the brushes have been replaced 3 times. Quality will last a lifetime.

When I was a teenager I went with my dad and mom to Sears and he was buying a Craftsman Table Saw. I remember my mom complaining that it cost a lot more than some other one he was considering... I vividly remember him saying... "If I don't have the money to do it right, how will I come up with the money to do it again when the wrong one fails"...That was about 1970... and I now have that table saw, and it still works like a charm.

I have never regretted spending more for higher quality. In the long run it costs less.

I can also understand that not everybody can afford to buy the highest quality goods, there's no shame in that... there IS shame, however, in lying to yourself into believing the second rate products are just as good, or even better than quality goods. That's just lying to yourself to feel better about not being able to afford better quality.

Wow this just brought back fond memories. When my dad would need a tool off to Sears he would go. Instead of just buying the one thing he needed he would buy the set. My mom would get so mad, but would tell her that he was sure in time he would need the rest and it would save him a trip. The upside is she never argued with him about price because the tools he got were for his trade and she knew if he did not buy quality then he would be back again. He would always tell me to look at the cheapest item. Then look at the most expensive and then buy the one in the middle. Most times the quality of the middle was just as good if not better than the expensive one. There are more expensive mods out there and of course cheaper ones. So buying from provape is the middle for me and so far it is working out just fine.

FWIW about the charging lighting bolt.

I charge my Radius during the day. Plug it in, wait a couple hours and check it. If the lightening bolt is still displayed, even if/when the batt bar is 'at the top', I leave it on the charger. Come back later and check it. I just repeat this 'till the lightening bolt is not displayed. So, mine does go away and that's when I figure the trickle charge is done and the batt is fully charged.

Well, I got bored today...
I decided to make a neat little display for my "in use" or "in rotation" atomizers.
Left to right:
1️⃣Kabuki
2️⃣Atmizone Wave Beta
3️⃣KFL+ (SvoëMesto 22x24mm tank)
4️⃣KFv4 (random after market cap)
5️⃣Kayfun v3.1 (K-Pico tank/cap)
6️⃣ByLeo Sophia/Cage
7️⃣KFL+ (SteamTuners "Tiny" cap)

It's not totally finished. I'm thinking I'll line the back wall with green felt, like I did with my vape station.

Now...I've got two projects ahead of me.
1. Figure out a spot for my Radius (when I finally order it).
2. Figure out how to combine these two pieces!
I just woke up & trying to view your pics thru 1/2 closed lids. In the last pic are your mods in protective sleeves?

Good morning everyone. Hope everyone had a great Halloween. I'm confused about the charging indicator. It seems that no matter how long I charge mine for. The bolt never goes away. I had my radius on charge while I slept last night. A solid 8 hours. I woke up and hit the fire button and bolt was still there. Is mine possibly bugged or is the bolt never supposed to actually go away?
