I had left it on the charger, forgotten, for like 5 hours, and still had the lightning bolt. It had almost a full charge I think, before I did that.

Vape360 said that as the battery charges, at the end and for safety, it trickle charges until fully charged. I finally test this out and here's what I found.

1. Even if you charge all night, when you check, you'll see the lightning bolt when you first tap the power button
2. It then finishes charging and if you tap the power button just a couple minutes later, the lightning bolt is gone.

What I surmise from this is that the battery is really pretty darn charged and you'll get the full use out of the battery.

The thing just needs a proper battery charge indicator. Cuz my lightning bolt does not disappear no matter what I do while charging. I find it ridiculous that I have to hit the fire button to get the charging status. But that's just me. :)

Maybe I am old fashioned, but for me when someone sets out to review a product, well... He needs to actually review it, which entails IMO exerting some effort to familiarize himself with the ......n product. Twisted appeared lost in the menu system and did not even put out the effort to download the manual to educate himself about it. With the exception of the power up/down functions he failed to execute any single command!!! The guy wasted 30 minutes of his and our time doing absolutely nothing!!!! And to top it all he maxed the wattage and then applied the boost command!!! Hello.... When a device has a maximum output of 40 watts, the boost function won't make it hit 45!!! I am still on the fence when it comes to buying the Radius, and I was waiting for the reviews and the opinions of those who bought it. But watching his review was truly disappointing. And what's with all the crap about not showing the serial number to keep the identity of the device owner secret???? Why would anybody be interested in knowing the name of the guy who gave you the device? What does this have to do with the review? Just say that you got it from a friend and leave it at that and don't try to create a dramatic situation out of nothing!! And..are you implying that you actually edited this review before posting it? Is this what we get AFTER editing? Well what was it like before the ......n editing?? I don't really care if you end up hating or loving the device, but show your viewers some respect and give us a serious review that educates us about the device.

Maybe, just maybe your obsessing over the meter, which doesn't merit obsessing over. For me, if I charge my Radius overnight while I sleep, even if I pull the USB charger off and there's a lightning bolt, I'm going to get a full two days use with my Radius at the wattage I vape. And that's with me typically vaping about 5 - 6 ml of juice a day.

That's perfectly fine. Consumers are entitled to have opinions and they are not even obliged to substantiate or justify them. But reviewers IMO need to give us much more substance in a 30 minute review. OK it would have been better to use the up & down buttons to scroll the menu, some people would find it overpriced, Provape should have included TC, some people won't like the fact that it's made of polycarbonate. These are points that you can raise in a 5 minutes first impressions video, not a 30 minutes review.

I think much of our angst comes from the fact there weren't any Radius reviews -- something many of us look forward to as users get the device in their grubby hands. So of course when someone post one, we rush to watch it; thinking we are going to learn a thing or two ABOUT the device while we wait with baited breath for delivery or a purchase decision.

Now don't get me wrong, every reviewer has a following of some sort & it's not out of the ordinary for those followers to ride the coattail of the reviewers every word so if the reviewer says a device is not worth buying, {IMO} they're speaking more to their legion of followers & not potential buyers or new vapers.

With all the mistakes made in that review I did learn something -- WHAT NOT TO DO!

For me, the ONLY reason I wouldn't recommend a $200 mod to a new vaper is because I think they need to start small & decide if vaping is working for them then go buck wild with their money; not because my style of vaping changed.....what's that got to do with anything???

Or maybe I just don't like that there is no battery charge indicator. Really, it's not all that important, as it's very likely to get sold soon. It's just not for me.

Since you have one and can express an idea without swearing, what don't you like about it?

What do you call the battery charge icon that goes up and down on the right hand side of the screen? I call it a battery charge indicator.

Since Radius isn't for you, I'm sure you'll have no trouble selling it VERY fast if that's what you do.
