Shhhhhh! I'm giving myself a ring for Christmas.
Whenever I do that, my voicemail picks up.
I just can't figure it out.

A funny vape-related situation happened to my wife yesterday. As she got out of the train station and was walking to her office, she was vaping on some lychee-flavored e-liquid. A random guy approached her and asked "excuse me, miss, is that .........?" This was definitely not a cop, as NYC cops are well aware of what vaping is and a lot of clientele of my local B&M are cops and other first responders. My wife just gave him an incredulous look, said no and kept walking.
Anyone have any funny vaping in public experiences to share?
Note: Apparently, the forum doesn't like the term for an unnamed green plant. In the interest of full disclosure, neither my wife nor I partake in it.
The only time a complete stranger comments on me vaping these days is a smoker, who tells me he or she has heard vaping is worse than cigarettes.......
I used to try to educate them, but now I just sigh and keep on walking.......
You will find once you finds something that works for you your pretty much set and will stick to that I've been using the same coil for months now two strand twisted kanthal 6 wraps 1.4 ohms boost 2 13 watts I was actually confused last night when I started using my radius and kabuki and it didn't taste half as nice then I remembered I had to change my wattage accordingly duuuuuh oh I've not forgot your present alpha I'm busy at work until next Saturday so al get it sent to you then bud
A few of my colleagues saw me vaping outside of our building and were extremely interested in what I was doing. I explained to them what it is, without sounding preachy. Everyone's response was to congratulate me on quitting smoking. One of my colleagues, a pack a day smoker for over 40 years, ended up switching to cigalikes based on my success story. Hey, whatever works!
To add to what you said, not only do they think they can't quit but they also get squirrely about the cost. People assume it's going to cost them an arm/leg so rather than think about upfront cost they'll resolve it by buying a pack of cigarettes instead. If someone's willing to listen, I'm very happy to help them. I wrote just over a week ago about how I gave a Provari P2.5 and a Nautilus system to the cable guy who really wants to quit smoking. But when people are negative and have closed ears, I no longer say much when they tell me vaping is worse than smoking. Their minds are made up and I truly believe they've convinced themselves they can't [or don't want to] quit smoking.
You can buy enough vape stuff to get started for what a carton of cigs cost. And within a month or two you will have saved enough from quitting smokes to go buy top shelf vape gear. From there, it's all gravy (unless you make a hobby of it).To add to what you said, not only do they think they can't quit but they also get squirrely about the cost. Last week I gave away my eGrip to a social worker that comes to my house each week. She said she really wants to quit smoking but didn't have the nerve to ask me questions. She'd watch me vape but was looking at what I was using & had already convinced herself it wasn't in her budget.
Many people don't have a clue you can start off small & it's not necessary to spend a few hundred dollars to quit smoking.

Any pics with size comparison to an ipv d2 or an istick 40 tc?
When i tried to quit using patches it cost me over $300 a month. Gum $400 a month, inhaler $200 to start and $200+ after that. Vaping is cheap by comparison. To add to what you said, not only do they think they can't quit but they also get squirrely about the cost.
